Beautiful new condo close to the beach. Very clean and well kept. Only downside was no dressers in the bedrooms to store clothing. There are also two flights of stairs which may be difficult for very young or the elderly. Very short walk to the beach and beautiful views of the ocean off the balconies.

Loved the condo and location. Easy access to the beach. We would definitely come back. There are only two negatives to this new condo. One is that both the bedrooms need a dresser and the second is that the bathroom needs more hooks to hang your wet towels. Thank you

Awesome Place to Stay!
I recently stayed at this amazing beach house and couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The house is fully furnished with everything you could possibly need, making it feel like a home away from home. The interior is tastefully decorated, and the attention to detail is evident in every room. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, so you can easily enjoy the ocean any time of day. There are also several great restaurants nearby, making it convenient to grab a bite to eat without having to travel far. Whether you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway or a place to explore the local area, this house is perfect. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

The townhouse was exactly what we needed as a family of 4. We were thrilled to be able to bring our dog. The beach was a short 5 minute walk and the ocean brew from the 3rd floor deck was nice. However, there was no furniture on either decks so that made it difficult to enjoy the inside space. The BR’s also both need dressers so you don’t have to live out of your suitcase for your stay. Additional hooks in the bathrooms would be helpful as well as floor mats included with the linen. All in all, it was a lovely townhome and would be close to perfect with some minor upgrades. We are so happy to have found this beautiful new-build condo in the heart of KDH. We booked very last minute - at around 9am after spending the night in a mold-ridden rental in Salvo (Warning: avoid Surf or Sound Realty on Hatteras Island!) Coastal Carolina offered prompt, professional communication, and had the condo ready for us that afternoon. It was spotlessly clean and in pristine condition, a welcome relief after a bad experience our first night. Thank you Coastal Carolina for saving our vacation!
The townhome is across the street from the ocean. From the third floor Great Room you have a lovely view of the water. We enjoyed watching afternoon storms roll in as we played games and did puzzles. We loved the bright and airy feel, the en-suite bathrooms, and the gleaming modern kitchen! We called it the HGTV house :)
It’s an easy walk to the beach along with shops, restaurants, and ice cream. We loved the walkable location and the quiet side streets for walking the dog.
