We opened our business in the fall of 2021 with the mission of "going back to the basics" of property management.

Fall 2021 - New Beginnings

Maggie Sexton and Natalia Holshouser started Coastal Carolina Vacations together after having worked for many years on the Outer Banks for other property management companies. They had the same mission in mind.

2022 - Signing Amazing Homes

An amazing team of experienced operators on the Outer Banks joined the team and Coastal Carolina Vacations began signing homes that they knew would accommodate memorable vacations for their guests.

2023 - Honing Processes

With years of experience to support their decisions, the Coastal Carolina Vacations team honed their processes to provide only the best booking and service experiences for their guests and homeowners.

2024 - Winning Awards

The community recognized the great work being done at Coastal Carolina Vacations and awarded the team with numerous People's Choice Awards and even the Small Business of the Year Award.
