Why we started
Going back to the basics of property management
We opened our business in the fall of 2021 with a simple
mission: put relationships and service first.
At a time when many property management companies were losing
their local character through corporate acquisition, remote
staffing or a growth-at-any-cost mindset, Coastal Carolina
Vacations was founded to offer something different.
We believe success means building genuine relationships with
homeowners who view us as trusted partners for years to come.
It also means welcoming happy guests back year after year as
their families create lasting memories at the beach.

2021
New beginnings
After working for many years with other Outer Banks property
management companies, Maggie Sexton and Natalia Holshouser
started Coastal Carolina Vacations with the same mission in mind.
Signing amazing homes
An experienced group of Outer Banks professionals joined the
team, and Coastal Carolina Vacations began welcoming homes
chosen to help guests enjoy memorable beach vacations.
