By entering this contest, you give up any rights to any image(s) submitted to Coastal Carolina Vacations and Sales. Furthermore, you permit Coastal Carolina Vacations and Sales to use the photo(s) in a manner that Coastal Carolina Vacations and Sales determines is in its best interest. You will not be compensated for such use. However, where reasonable, Coastal Carolina Vacations and Sales will give you credit for the image(s). Taxes associated with prizes are the winner's responsibility.

Terms and Conditions:

All content must have been shot this year on the Outer Banks of NC, be unique and 100% original work, and contain no inappropriate language, images or sounds, no illegal drug use, illegal activity or nudity.
Photo must be in its original state, cannot be altered in any way and must be high resolution.
Submissions should respect trademark and copyright law.
Entrants must be age 18 or over.
Entrants may submit more than one photo.
If any persons are recognizable in the photo, you must have their permission before submission.
All photo submissions are eligible for the grand prize. You do not have to be a guest of Coastal Carolina Vacations to enter.
We reserve the right to disqualify any submitted entries.
By submitting this photo, you agree to its use by Coastal Carolina Vacations for marketing and advertising purposes.
The prize must be collected by the winner, has no cash value and is not transferable.
The winner will be selected by Coastal Carolina Vacations after the submission deadline of October 31, 2025, and will be contacted via the email submitted with entry. The prize is to be applied solely to a future vacation rental with Coastal Carolina Vacations.
