Reconnect with family and friends in this home that offers ocean views, a refreshing private saltwater pool, hot tub, elevator, media room, and two king en-suites.  Cool off in your private saltwater pool or rest poolside with your favorite book or soak in the hot tub after you've had a fun day at the beach that is just a short walk away. An enclosed outdoor shower is available poolside.
 
The top-level great room features comfortable seating with a flat-screen TV,  a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a waffle maker and electric griddle, and the kitchen island and oceanview dining room table provide ample seating for a family meal. Grab your morning coffee and enjoy watching the sunrise over the ocean from the top-level sun deck and views of some of the historic cottages that Nags Head is well known for. The mid-level media room offers a cozy sofa and flat-screen TV for movie nights. Elevator access to all levels will make bringing in groceries and luggage a breeze.

The house was just what we needed. Kitchen was better stocked than mine at home. Beds were comfortable! The elevator was very helpful for arrival and departure. All appliances worked well. Nice ocean view from the top porch. Nice chairs on given porch- very comfortable. The pool was well cared for. Outdoor shower was easily accessible and large. Loved the wash off station under the house for after the beach!! Some used the hot tub and enjoyed it - good working order. Bottom line: well planned home and well cared for. The agency communicated very well and stayed in touch! Would recommend both the cottage and the agency to friends!

Enjoyed our stay at Pelican View
The house and pool were very well cared for and clean. It was a rainy week at the beach but we enjoyed the local restaurants and shopping, doing our part for the economy! The elevator was great to move our supplies to the kitchen and allowed my Mom to get from floor to floor. The house also has cable television! (Much nicer than the streaming!!) I highly recommend this property, the only downside is the distance to walk to beach access. The walk is is not difficult but not possible for our older family.

Great vacation home
We really enjoyed our stay! The property was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. The bedrooms were pretty spacious and there was a lot of natural light as well. The host was communicative and the location was great.
