Just Coasting: Family-friendly home in Corolla located in a gated community with a Private Pool, Hot Tub, access to community pools and all of the Currituck Club Amenities!

If you are ready to find a place for total relaxation, Just Coasting is the spot for you. Located in the premier gated community of the Currituck Club, this beautiful home with a private pool, hot tub, and several community pool options will have your family wanting to come back year after year. The top level of this home is spacious and airy with an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The ship's watch is a cozy space with a private balcony, a sleep sofa, and a wet bar with a mini-fridge. When you're ready to retire for the evening everyone can find the right spot with a king and queen en-suite and a queen room and a kids room with a pyramid bunk bed. 
Spend the day by the pool as you soak up that Carolina sun and relax in the hot tub in the evenings. Long days at the beach require a refreshing rinse in the outdoor shower and barbecues on the grill.

Beach Access: Guests in the Currituck Club are able to use the beach access located near the south gate of the community, located at Yaupon Lane.  During the summer season, take advantage of the complimentary trolley service that will transport you and all of your beach gear to and from the access!

No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets. The hot tub is Seasonal - Seasonal Hot Tubs are not available from January through mid-March. The fireplace is not operational.  

The Hammocks Community Pool will be open from May 25-October 13, 2024.  Dates and times may vary dependent on weather and pool management companies.

Wish I was still there!
Absolutely relaxing and clean. Perfect and just what we needed. Close to grocery store and local food. Bring beach towels and all spices for your stay. Otherwise, this property provided everything we needed.

Nice house!
The house was exactly as the pictures show and was clean with clean sheets and towels wrapped in plastic. The property management company was great to work with. When we walked in the door Saturday at 4:45 pm we heard a smoke detector chirping and called the management company. They had someone there within an hour to change all the batteries in the smoke detectors. They were very responsive regarding any questions or concerns we had! The shuttle to the beach was very convenient and a grocery store at the entry to the property was a bonus!

Helpful Info for Others
VERY clean...but 5 stars means literally everything was clean and some of the air vents needed dusting. We had cold cloudy weather all week and what saved it was being in the Club where you could play pickle ball, volleyball, tennis, and a decent workout room. Equipment for sports was provided by the club. Trolley Service - the club offered trolley service to the beach which is great...but on bad weather days they didn't operate and didn't get them running when the weather got a little nicer. We were the first week of the summer so maybe the kinks were just getting worked out. When it was running, they only ran a couple of them so the waits got beyond their 20 minute max. Coastal Carolina the leasing company was great with all communications. We had one issue during our stay that was next to our property and they made calls and got it taken care of. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and clean. Hot tub is nice when the weather is bad like we had. The kitchen has what anyone would need and all was in working order. Would we stay here again - YES.

Great house!
This house was roomy enough for 8 friends/family members. The pool and hot tub area were awesome, and the kitchen/living room area comfortable and spacious. Be warned the living area is on the second floor, which means going up and down stairs to leave the house or enjoy the pool area (this was a minor inconvenience for one of our guests that had knee surgery recently). This house is right next door to a community clubhouse and pool, which was convenient for a larger swimming area.

Is there a beach wagon on the property for use?

Thank you for reaching out!  CCHK48: Just Coasting unfortunately does not have a beach wagon listed as an amenity.  However, all types of beach equipment can be rented with third party vendors.  The community also offers various amenities including free trolley service (in season) to the beach and a beach valet!  Our team is available to answer any questions at 866-938-7497.  Thank you!
