Enjoy a king en-suite on the top level, equipped with a shower and deck access, you'll be able to enjoy the views from your own private while drinking your morning coffee.  The mid-level offers a full queen bed and a pyramid bunk bed, comfortable for both adults and children-alike.

Visiting Nags Head: Sandy T'z is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a great neighborhood where you can walk, bike, and run. For the golfers in the group, you are within walking distance of the Nags Head Golf Links and in season enjoy the Village Beach Club which offers an oceanfront pool and tennis courts. Centrally located you will find it easy to venture out to some great local restaurants, local shops and many of the Outer Banks attractions that you will want to check off of your bucket list!

Beach Access: Just a quick drive to the beach! Turn right out of the driveway to the traffic light to safely cross Highway 158. Continue 1 block to the Village Beach Club access.

We really enjoyed our stay and the house worked out for all of us. Nice quiet neighborhood and very relaxing. On check out day, one of our friends had a car issue that left her stranded, so we needed to stay another day. Amanda couldn’t have been any more accommodating to us and went above and beyond to help us all out. It was a pleasure to deal with Costal Carolina.

Some minor work is needed on the house but overall a great stay. Place was clean and in a great location. Not directly on the strip so it was a peaceful getaway but still close enough to the village beach club for both pool and beach access.

Clean and convenient!
Stayed here for a week during Memorial Day. We are extremely picky on cleanliness and were very happy to find that this home was spotless - one of the cleanest rentals we've ever stayed at. Whoever they use for cleaning should be commended. Also, working with Coastal Carolina was super easy, and the text messages with checkin/checkout info were helpful. Pros: Home was extremely clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The split-level layout is really great and worked well for our family of 5 (3 children). Location-wise it's not really walkable to the beach due to crossing the highway, but it is only a 2-minute car ride. It is a very convenient base from which to explore the sights - Jockeys Ridge, Wright Brothers memorial, Bodie lighthouse, etc. As a bonus, it isn't a super congested part of OBX. Pro tip - go to the neighborhood pier/dock on the next street over for a fantastic (and relatively private) sunset spot! Cons: Just a few things to mention, but none of these would deter us from returning. The master bedroom definitely needs blackout curtains - the sliding door faces East, and we were woken up very early every day with bright daylight. The interior needs repainting in a lot of places due to previous spotty touchup jobs. The exterior decks (front and back) need complete replacement - we told our kids to wear shoes to avoid getting splinters, as the decks are extremely worn/aged. The oceanfront pool/club access is so-so. Nice to have, but they have weird hours. When they close, they lock the gates on you and you lose access to rinse-off showers. We went to the brand new public access just down the street instead. It was MUCH nicer.

Hi Eric, thank you for your review. We are so happy you enjoyed the house and found the home up to your cleaning standards. Housekeeping is by far the hardest task in Vacation Rentals. We also appreciate you bringing the decks to our attention. We do safety inspections each off season and while the deck is not brand new, we did find the decks to be in a safe condition. We hope to be able to host you, the next time you and your family vacation on The Outer Banks!

The house was very clean & well kept! The staff at Village Beach Club were very friendly & helpful. It was nice to be able to use the pool & have beach access right there. Village Realty was prompt to assist & easy to work with for vacation. I’d definitely use again for vacation!

Perfect place to get away from home and the summertime crowds.
Great house in a very nice, clean, and quiet neighborhood. Doesn’t fee like you are at the beach in the summertime but vey close to everything you would want to see or do. 5 minutes to the beach and sound views from the front deck.
