Your three favorite words should be Sunset Beach House! This beautiful home by the sea is the perfect spacious retreat for large groups, featuring extensive indoor and outdoor amenities. The private beach walkway with dune top deck leads you from your private pool area to the beautiful Nags Head beaches. Ocean views can be enjoyed from the mid and top-level decks where you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the amazing sunrises over the Atlantic. For evening and rainy day, entertainment gather in the rec room or theater room. The spacious great room with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area provides the chefs in the group with all the equipment they need to make some of their favorite meals. Everyone will be sure to end their day relaxing in one of the eight en-suite bedrooms. Take advantage of the elevator so groceries and luggage will be easy to bring in.
Located in Nags Head where you have quick access to grocery stores, local fine and casual dining options, fishing piers, historical sites, and other local shops and entertainment.

Seasonal Cabana Service: Memorial Day - Labor Day. This home receives beachside cabana & beach chair set-up services during your stay. Service includes one 10x10 cabana tent and six beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10am to 5pm daily (except check-in day), weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances. Service provided by Farmdog Surf School.

Great Spot!

Our family of 14 had a fantastic time at this rental property. The house was clean, spacious and accommodating for our large group. You can’t beat the location-especially as a family with small children. The property amenities were also conducive to family fun! The pac-man machine was a huge hit! And during a rainy day, the movie theater came in quite handy! We had minor issues arise during our stay but CCV was beyond responsive and helpful when needed. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and the service from CCV. We will definitely be back!

Loved it!!!

We loved this property. We have stayed in so many homes in the past in different areas to include HHI. This was by far the best property. It was clean, spacious, and the location to the beach and restaurants was very convenient. It was beautifully decorated and family friendly with fun things to do for all ages. We had a few small issues that came up, and the rental company was more responsive than I have ever experienced in the past with other properties. We would love to return to this property. Thank you!

Yes but. . .

We have been vacationing at the OBX for many, many years. This was our 3rd stay at this home and while there are many things to love about it, there are some things that should be addressed (and one that will be). I should note that Coastal Carolina assumed management responsibility after we had already reserved the home and for the issues we encountered, they were quick to respond. So they are catching up with the upkeep or upgrades. We had clothes dryer, water heater, WiFi, outlet (second level) issues, one of two dishwashers fail, inoperable doorbell and lighting issues. The lighting setup in the main room adjacent to the dining table is insufficient and always has been. Again, I need to stress Coastal was quick to respond to the issues that could quickly be resolved. While we are returning to the home next year, there is a sense of degradation for this beautiful home that is in the perfect location. While I highlight the growing number of concerns, the whopping price increase for next year should ensure there are no issues. It already was costly but the price jumped by almost 25% and that demands excellence. It is my hope it is what we'll discover in 2023.

Sunset Beach

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Plenty of room for all and privacy. Loved the views and easy access to the beach. Whenever we needed maintenance they were very prompt and professional. All and all a very nice week.

Perfect property, perfect vacation!

Our family of 17 was blown away by this property — the location was perfect, and the house was immaculate and filled with fun activities!!! A few very small items came up during our stay, and the rental company was incredibly responsive and ensured our stay exceeded all of our expectations. I particularly loved how all of the king bedrooms were comparable — this greatly eased the room selection process. Thanks so much for an incredible vacation!

Wonderful Vacation with our family

This was our 8th trip to the Outer banks. Our whole family agreed it was the best house we have ever stayed in.It was beautifully furnished. Easy to walk to the beach. The was wonderful.
