Welcome to The Big Sea, a charming oceanside getaway nestled in the serene Port Trinitie neighborhood of Duck. This coastal haven offers a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation, making it an ideal choice for your next vacation.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and open floorplan living area, designed to bring everyone together. The living space is full of natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Whether you're unwinding after a day at the beach or enjoying a movie night, this area is perfect for gathering together and enjoying your vacation as a family. The Big Sea features four large bedrooms, providing plenty of space for your entire group to rest and recharge. Each room is thoughtfully furnished to ensure comfort and tranquility, making it easy to settle in and enjoy your stay.

Outside, you'll find a private saltwater pool, perfect for a refreshing dip or a afternoon swim. The large fenced-in backyard offers plenty of space for outdoor activities, whether you're playing games, enjoying meal from the barbeque, or simply soaking up the sun. The property is just a short stroll from the beach, allowing you to easily spend your days by the ocean's edge. In addition to the private amenities, The Big Sea also offers access to the community pool and tennis courts, giving you even more options for recreation and relaxation.

Community Amenities: Guests of The Big Sea have access to the Port Trinitie community amenities including:
  • Community Beach Access - located at the end of Trinitie Drive
  • Oceanside Community Pool
  • Soundfront Community Pool
  • Soundside Pier - gazebo, and small craft boat ramp

Beach Access: Located at the end of Trinitie Drive - head east out of the driveway until you reach the Port Trinitie Community Beach Access.  There is a wooded walkway across the dune to the beach!

The house is beautiful, large open living and dining room area. It was located close enough to walk to the beach, even with small children. The pool was huge, the kids enjoyed swimming daily. Staff at Coastal Carolina was very responsive. They responded quickly to our requests and took care of them without any issue. We had a wonderful time!

We stayed here in June 2025 with our teenage daughter, two adult sons and their significant others. The house was immaculate and spacious. Bedrooms were bigger than expected and the beds were very comfortable. The living area was open and homey and spacious. There was never a cramped feeling even when we were all together in one room. The saltwater pool in the huge backyard was fabulous. It was big and clean and had plenty of lounge chairs all around it. There were two other community pools that looked fun, but we didn't use and the dock on the sound was beautiful. Never crowded and perfect for watching sunsets. The ocean, pools and sound were all within two blocks walking distance from the house. Maggie was available immediately if texted and was more than understanding, knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or concerns. We've been coming to Duck every summer for many years and this house was the whole family's favorite one yet! We hope to stay here again next year!
