Brown Pelican: Close to the beach, this oceanside duplex in The Village at Nags Head Community has a private pool, hot tub, and access to the Village Beach Club community pool & tennis courts!

Outer Banks memories that will last a lifetime are waiting for you at the Brown Pelican. Start your morning on the top-level sun deck watching the sunrise while enjoying your favorite coffee. Everyone will love how close you are to the beach, your own private pool and hot tub, and the Village Beach Club amenity with an ocean-front pool, tennis courts and so much more that is only steps away from your front door.

Unwind in your living room and enjoy watching your favorite movies with the family. Spend a night in and savor a delicious meal made in the upscale, well-equipped kitchen. A luxurious king bedroom with semi-private en-suite steps away from it all is the perfect place to rest your head. The second level of this home is grand enough to house the rest of your crew! With a second king en-suite and two kids' rooms with a pyramid bunk bed and two twin beds, everyone will find the perfect place for rest in the evening.

Community Amenities: Guests of Brown Pelican have access to the Villages at Nags Head Community amenities including:
  • Two Soundside Parks with Piers and Picnic Areas
  • The Village Oceanfront Bathhouse - Restrooms, Sun Decks and Oceanfront Gazebo.
  • Village Beach Club- Oceanfront Pool and Tennis club.  (In-Season only)

Exploring the area: Brown Pelican is a well appointed duplex located in sunny Nags Head on the Outer Banks. Shop for days or eat at some of our favorite local restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Jump on the water and go parasailing. Try one of the area attractions like Wright Brothers Memorial, Jockey's Ridge, Jennette's Pier and Roanoke Island is just a short drive where you can stroll around the quaint little town of Manteo.

Beach Access: Just steps away from two beach accesses!  Access located at Village Beach Club is just north of the home or walk to Sandcastle Ct where you can use wooden walkway to access beach.

This was our second stay at the Brown Pelican. We can’t say enough about it. It’s all you need to an OBX vacation. Having a pool is key! Being so close to the beach is what it’s all about. House had plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We will always be back!

We had an amazing stay at the Brown Pelican. It had terrific amenities with the pool, hot tub and then beach club just a few steps away offering easy beach access, another pool and tennis courts. It comfortably slept our two families (7 people). It’s a great property! We will be returning.

Perfect!!
Coastal Carolina is a wonderful rental company. Staff is wonderful to work with. Making the reservation was simple and exactly what we needed. The emails that were sent were very helpful and had all the information we needed. We stayed at Brown Pelican and it was a very nice, clean home, everything we needed. We enjoyed the private salt pool, hot tub and fire pit. The little kids and big kids enjoyed the s’mores and singing while watching the fire and the stars / moon. The restaurants were great. We also enjoyed a game of putt putt in the evening. With a lot of beach time playing with the grandkids, fishing, napping and enjoying life, it was a perfect vacation. Thank you Coastal Carolina your an Awesome Company!

Three cheers for the Brown Pelican!
This unit is a beautiful place to stay for a beach vacation. We had plenty of room, a well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. Our family enjoyed the pool as well as the close proximity to the beach. The property management company was prompt with communication. They were responsive when there was a problem with the air conditioning and had everything taken care of very quickly. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Great house, great location
This property was perfect for our family of four and could easily handle a few more. The house was clean and nicely furnished. The private plunge pool was great for the kids and the short walk to the beach and community pool were very manageable.

Wonderful Home!
Location! Location! Location! If you are looking for a wonderful place in Nags Head for your family vacation, this is the home for you! Located Oceanside with an Oceanview from the front deck in the Village at Nags Head, you have access to the Village Beach Club and can also walk right across the cul-de-sac to the private beach access as well. The private pool, jacuzzi and fire pit provide a wonderful setting to relax in day and night. The home is beautifully decorated, beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. You are close to all the nearby attractions including mini golf, shopping, the Dunes and restaurants. The Brown Pelican is one of the nicest homes we have rented in our 9 years vacationing in OBX.
