The townhouse was clean and well equipped with everything that we needed. View of the ocean from the top deck was great. Strategically located close to public beach access (1 minute walk)and great restaurants within walking distance. Carolina Vacations provided an easy booking and very communicative messages!

Wonderful stay in OBX!
We stayed here for Mother's Day weekend and enjoyed every minute in this beautiful, brand-new townhouse. This is part of a new community, right across from the beach. Perfectly located in Kill Devil Hills - everything you will need is either walking distance or a short drive. Unit 304 is especially nicely located in the community, and you can see the ocean from the 2nd floor balcony! House is spacious, comfortable, and nicely done. Kids had a great time! Definitely would recommend this house and expect to be back here again in the future!
