Benders Beach Bungalow: New Construction home in the Villages at Nags Head with golf views, an elevator, and access to the Village Beach Club Community Pool and Tennis Courts.

Benders Beach Bungalow is a brand-new, 5-bedroom home nestled in the Water's Edge community within the Villages of Nags Head.  Built with convenience in mind, the home is equipped with an elevator to allow moving from floor-to-floor a breeze, as well as two master bedrooms, each with full bathrooms for those multi-family get-togethers and spacious decks for relaxing and dining.  With The Nags Head Golf Links conveniently located just a few steps from the home, Bender's Beach Bungalow is a perfect getaway destination for the avid-golfers in the family or for watching the action on the green from the decks, without even having to leave the house!  

Benders Beach Bungalow is near many local restaurants, unique shops and family-friendly activities for all to enjoy.  Guests have use of the Village Beach Club amenities with an oceanfront pool, tennis courts, and family activities (in-season).

Community Amenities: Guests of Bender's Beach Bungalow have access to the Villages at Nags Head Community amenities including:
  • Two Soundside Parks with Piers and Picnic Areas
  • The Village Oceanfront Bathhouse - Restrooms, Sun Decks and Oceanfront Gazebo.
  • Village Beach Club- Oceanfront Pool and Tennis club 

Beach Access: Just a quick drive to the beach!  Turn out of the driveway onto W Baymeadow Drive.  Cross the bypass (Hwy. 158) onto Epstein St.  Head south to the Town Hall beach access.  The access offers a paved parking lot, a wooden walkway to the beach and lifeguard (in-season).

Beautiful house. The house is well designed with plenty of space, windows and places to sit outside . The screened in porch along with the wrap around porches, not porch but porches make this house a great place to stay. This made it just as pleasant to be outside for fresh air as it did inside. What I liked about the kitchen was the amount of dishes and cookware provided. Often rentals barely provide decent cookware, forcing you to eat out but this house had it covered. The only recommendation I have is , instructions on how to use the remotes . My family enjoyed our stay !

Coastal Comfort: A Five-Star Stay in the Heart of Nags Head
Our recent stay at this Nags Head rental property exceeded expectations. The house was beautiful and immaculately clean, matching the description provided. Its centralized location made it convenient for exploring the area. The property boasted great amenities, enhancing our stay. Everything in the house was well-organized and thoughtfully put together. Communication with the management company was excellent throughout our stay. Overall, this rental offers a high-quality experience in a prime Outer Banks location. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Nags Head.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beach house in Nags Head! The property was immaculately clean and felt brand new, making us feel right at home the moment we walked in. Every room was tastefully decorated, adding to the overall charm of the house. The location couldn’t have been more perfect – centrally situated, allowing us to easily explore all that Nags Head has to offer. The amenities were top-notch, from the well-equipped kitchen to the comfortable living spaces. We particularly loved how thoughtfully everything was set up to ensure a relaxing and hassle-free stay. We can't wait to come back and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

From Rags to Riches
We went from rags to riches. Our timeshare is in need of many repairs, so when Coastal Carolina vacations and sales, helped us find WE17 Benders Beach Bungalow our vacation was complete. An elevator to all 3 floors, spacious bedrooms, Family room, state of the art kitchen, master bedroom , wrap around porch has made this a vacation to remember. Thanks for your professional help at a time when we needed you the most.
