Absolutely great stay. We have a big family. 20 of us. Kids took downstairs floor. House was clean. Beds were comfy. Views were awesome. Plenty of seating. Kitchen fully stocked. Wonderful place.

House was very nice. Very clean. Linens incl. great location. 3 floors. Plenty of room for my huge family. Grandkids had their own space on bottom floor. Kitchen nicely equipped. Would def recommend

Property is very large with a nice layout. Very comfortable for our group of six and a dog. Very nice decks with plenty of seating. Nice golf course view and view of the sound. Very clean and well stocked property. Would definately stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and very comfortable. It accommodated my family of 12, some elderly and disabled. The location was perfect and made it easy to get around. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super smooth. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

House was perfect for our group. Everything was clean and in order.

Our first trip to the Outer Banks and it was absolutely spectacular!!! The home was incredible in all ways. Very open and spread out for our group of 11. The elevator was a tremendous help for the grandparents! The big group of bikes in the garage was a hit for the teens! Our golfers enjoyed the walking distance to the course and we loved watching them at the 8th hole outside the upper deck. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and spread out and we all felt so relaxed and at home. The puzzles and games in the home were wonderful for a rainy day. The location was very close to everything we wanted- the beach, restaurants and shops. We absolutely LOVED this home!

What a great house!! The owners have thought of almost everything. Bicycles for the adults and children to use, to a crock pot, even an instant pot. They even a basket with ink pens and band-aids. We had a small problem with the hot tub but the electrician was out the next morning to fix it. We have a great stay. We look forward to coming back. Thanks to the owners for being pet friendly so we could bring the fur baby. Love the extra refrigerator in the garage!!

Loved the house! Perfect location in relation to our cousin's oceanfront house (near the Beach Club) and sound side pier and quiet Nags Head Golf Links neighborhood. The living space and bedrooms all very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for our needs. Especially enjoyed the deck and views of the sound. The folks at Coastal Carolina Vacations were very nice and good communicators. Highly recommend!

House was nice area was nice. I’d say the downside was a lot of amenities weren’t available because it being off-season, but the upside of that was less traffic less people so all in all great stay, The house was enjoyable could’ve been cleaner as bottle caps, extra socks, little toys on the ground under the chairs

We love this house! We've been coming to Nags Head for 40 years, and this is definitely one of the nicest houses in one of the best spots near the beach and the sound and golf, with gorgeous views. While not new, the home is spotless and well supplied. A couple of minor things broke while we were there ( since the house isn't new), but they were fixed promptly. There's ample room for extended family so everyone can have their privacy. I do wish the beach club would stay open every day until the end of September the way it used to, but it's an easy walk or a short drive to both the beach and golf, and it's nice being on a cul-de-sac with the sound at the end of the pretty street. We've made many happy memories there.

We rented this house for the 1st time October 2022. We totally enjoyed the house. Great location with great views of sound & golf course. Loved the sound side pier area with benches & swing. Looking forward to returning again!

We felt that the property was "dated". The cleaning of the house was lacking, esp. Dust under the beds, shower in master bedroom was not great. The blanket for master bedroom had holes in it. We also experienced ants in the kitchen and several large bugs in the bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, pots and pans. We were told the pool would be open but unfortunately it was not. Anytime we wanted to have access to water it meant traveling to the beach. Big inconvenience. The rental company was responsive to our complaints in a reasonable timeframe. Simple things, like one of the bedroom fans were not working, handle on toilet was broken, etc. Which we felt should have been working when we arrived as opposed to having to contact rental services for service a day after our arrival. We found the employees at the rental agency polite and apologetic but still did not want to be bothered by broken items, dust under beds, lack of access to a pool, etc. We have been coming to Outer Banks for years and were disappointed with the property as compared to other properties we have stayed in.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you felt the property was dated. Upon review of the home and photos, everything is marketed accurately as the home sits today. All properties are designed based on homeowner preference and that can vary from one property to the next. This particular owner has replaced many items over the years and does keep things up to date as needed. We were happy to repair and replace items as they were reported to us. We aren't always aware of everything needing to be done, but timely response is something we take pride in when items are reported to us. All community pools have different open/close dates and we post those as they are provided to us. Unfortunately these dates must have been altered last minute and we were not made aware. We have revised our listing to reflect shorter availability dates with the possibility of those time periods being extended to help prevent this type of issue in the future. We are glad you ultimately enjoyed your stay and we hope to see you back again soon!
