Exploring the Outer Banks: South Nags Head is known for its natural beauty, exceptional fishing, and small-town atmosphere. Convenient to local dining options, unique shops and many historical sites. Uncrowded beaches and six-plus miles of bike/walking/jogging paths make it a great place to get out and enjoy the OBX.

Beach Access: Enjoy the sundeck or make your way to the beautiful Nags Head beaches on your own private walkway located directly behind the house.

Perfect house and wonderful realty company! It was wonderful being so close to the beach. The house met all our needs and then some - especially the comfy beds and tv entertainment options. We loved the deck and screened in porch - had dinner out there a few nights. This was our first rental where linens were included and it was a game changer. Didn’t have to pack all the bulky sheets and towels. Will definitely try to rent this house again or at least use Coastal Carolina as our go to realty company next time. Thanks for a great week!

The house was beautiful. Location is perfect. It was clean and well equipped The reasons for only 4 stars is the following Like a previous reviewer stated the furniture needs to be changed. You definitely sink to the floor. It was uncomfortable and hard to get out of. We sat on the kitchen chairs when we were in the house. 2nd reason. I totally understand and respected the owners request to leave the temp at 72. If you tried to lower it past that, it automatically went back up to 78. This coupled with the outside temp and humidity made everything feel damp. Including the furniture. The ceiling fans didn't really help Therefore If you have trouble breathing or require an air conditioned environment, this home is not for you. Other than that, it was a perfectly beautiful home. We did have a good time despite the red flags on the beach.

We stayed here 5 years ago and it was perfect. This year the 1st day we had to have someone replace the garbage disposal. Then we had an issue with the TV. We had 3 remotes and was very confusing which one to use. We had someone come and fixed it so we only had to use one. I know it’s only a beach house. but you expect to sit on a couch that you didn’t sink almost down to the frame!!

Best place ever!!
Loved the place all around! Nothing I would ever change except a night light of sorts for bathroom by the kitchen. Ease of beach access is amazing since I'm older. Love this place !
