Great Family Thanksgiving Vacation
The house is lovely and large enough to fit our family of 14 ranging from 11 to 72. Nice to have two complete living areas so the teenage boys had a place to hang out other than their room. Nice to have 3 full sized refrigerators with 2 being on main level also 2 dishwashers. Had a few issues when we arrived but were taken care of right away without hesitation. Trey came out to fix ice machine but while there we noticed another problem which he took care of while there. Costal Carolina OBX was wonderful to work with and will definitely rent with them again. We found the home clean and the kitchen was stocked with what we needed as far as cooking a large meal. Why 4 stars, negative was pots and pans could use an update. Glass-wear has also disappeared over time I’m sure.

In spite of the weather we had a great stay in the Outer Banks in Ocean Oasis. The house was ready before the check in time and was appropriately cleaned and ready for us to move in. The kitchen was adequately stocked and the 3 refrigerators were a plus. I would recommend this property and would rent again. Coastal Carolina was very responsive to any and all questions that I asked. Thank you for a great vacation.

Cons: - AC unit on the third floor failed to do its job. Window units were installed for the rest of our stay but they were noisy - Outdoor shower has no drainage causing a puddle every day - Cleaning crew was not thorough before our arrival as there was still sand in one of the bathtubs - The ice machine was broken - There are multiple nails sticking out of the wooden boards on the walkway to the beach - we were lucky that nobody stepped on them and got hurt Pros: Smooth check in and check out process, easy to get in touch with the office about the broken AC and they sent someone quickly to bring window units.

Beautiful Birthday Beach Vacation
Excellent communication and everything was EXACTLY as described. House was super clean and was ready 3 hours early. Lots of parking! House allows for large groups to spread out and also have time together. Hot tub and pool were awesome!

Fantastic property
Loved the house! Close to everything we wanted to see and do. Was clean, everything was in good working order, kitchen had everything you would need for meals at home, views of ocean were wonderful and relaxing. We loved the pool for days that we didn't want to swim in the ocean. My teenage sons enjoyed the pool table very much. I would stay at this property again and highly recommend others to as well. Loved it!

Loved this house!
My family and I had a wonderful vacation at this beach house. The location was perfect and close enough to many things to do in the area. The house itself was well maintained and very clean. We had plenty of room for everyone and so many nice things that made it perfect for a larger group. The pool and access to the beach was one of the best parts. We all loved this house! The rental company was very responsive and great to work with. Our vacation was top notch! Thank you!!!
