Pack up your bags- we'll Sea You Soon at this spacious, semi-oceanfront home in Southern Shores.  This comfortable, 10 bedroom, 12-bathroom home offers plenty of room for family get togethers all year long.  Situated just a few hundred feet from the Atlantic Ocean, you'll have your toes in the sand in no time.  With a private heated pool (heat can be added for an additional fee), and hot tub, the pool deck will be one of the many highlights of your trip.  Feel free to bring your dogs along for the trip, as well- this home is dog friendly!

Once inside the home, guests can enjoy the ocean views from the top deck while sipping your morning coffee or dining al fresco.  The fully-stocked kitchen is a chef's dream and is ready for every meal of the day.  There are plenty of cabinets and counterspace to accommodate everyone and with a large dining table that seats 18 in the center of it all, nobody will miss out on any of the memories from the great trip to the Outer Banks.  Sleep in one of the eight master bedrooms throughout the home and have plenty of space and privacy to rejuvenate for another busy day at the beach.  Looking for things to do during a rainy day?  Look no further as Sea You Soon not only has its own theater room where everyone can relax, watching movies all night long, but there is also a card table room and rec room with a full-sized pool table with kitchenette and TV.   Whether it's a friendly game night or a movie marathon, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Exploring the Outer Banks: Located right at the intersection of Duck Road and Hwy 158, See You Soon is conveniently located centrally in Southern Shores.  Within just a quick drive, you can be exploring the Town of Duck or dining at one of the many local restaurants in Kitty Hawk or Kill Devil Hills.  Explore the site where aviation history was made. Visit the Wright Brothers National Memorial, located in Kill Devil Hills to learn about the first powered flight and experience the reconstructed 1903 Wright Flyer or visit Roanoke Island and view the Lost Colony- a historical outdoor drama that dramatizes the events surrounding the Roanoke Colony- one of the earliest English settlements in America.

Beach Access: Beach walkway is located in front of the house.  Wooden walkway leads from house to the beach directly north of Kitty Hawk Pier.

Quick trip down to OBX for a long weekend after the busy summer season. Luckily even with some bad weather, the amenities of the house were top notch. The movie theater room, poker table, pool table, all were extensively used and every room was comfortable and private. Would definitely recommend and would visit again.

We were on our way to a different home when the suddenly cancelled on us very last minute. We found this house available 4 hours before we were to check in and they were able to accommodate us and were immediately responsive and helpful. We are very grateful. House was beautiful and pretty short walk to the beach

this is a great house. Beach is close enough to enjoy the walk. Could walk to the Run Down Cafe in the a.m. for bloody marys. Cross the street to Steamers, and Walgreens. Pool just great. Only drawback is the traffic noise. If you can get past that, you will do well. As my nephew said "quit your whining". Property management were a joy.

This home was just perfect for our large family. Everyone got their own bedroom and bath with the exception of the kids who shared a bath. There aren’t a ton of steps the way it is laid out. I feel like it had a very good layout. The house was clean and it was an easy walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our week together and would consider staying in this house again the next time we visit.

Very good only issue was lack of cookware in kitchen. Did call end effort was made to accommodate. Really need an omelet size fry pan and another sauté pan.
