Situated on Pond Island in Nags Head, A Speckled Trout is the ideal location for the water fanatics of the group.  This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house sits on a breathtaking soundfront lot and is equipped with its own private dock located right off the back deck to make fishing, boating or even catching up with a good book a breeze.  With water views from almost every room in the house, you'll never miss a sunset whether you're soaking in the hot tub or relaxing on the spacious decks around the home. The home has a spacious yard and an enclosed outdoor shower to allow for rinsing off the sand and salt easily! 

Conveniently arranged with all four bedrooms on the main level, nobody will miss out on the family fun taking place throughout the home.  A fully-stocked kitchen and seating for 10 is the perfect location for family meals any day of the week.  The upstairs rec room ensures that even on a rainy day, the fun doesn't stop.  Set up with a pool table, foosball table, arcade game and even a wet bar, there's entertainment for everyone to enjoy.

Exploring the OBX: A Speckled Trout is just a quick drive to the Atlantic Ocean as well as plenty of local shopping and restaurants in the area.  Take a trip over to Manteo and visit the NC Aquarium on Roanoke Island or even stroll around Downtown Manteo where there are shops and dining options to suit everyone's tastes!

Beach Access: Just a quick drive from the house!  Jennette's Pier offers a large beach parking lot, bath house, outdoor showers, wooden walkway and is right next to the 1000ft pier with an aquarium, gift shop and a perfect spot for fishing.
