NH380 Pelican View

The house was well equipped, in a good location and the elevator was extremely useful for moving luggage to various floors. Pool was clean and private. Would stay again and recommend the house for anyone staying in the Nags Head area in the future.

Kitchen was set up well. However, we did break one cup and one glass that were already chipped. Sorry, please charge me if you need to.

This is our 4th year in a row using Coastal Carolina for our OBX stays. The houses have been very clean, and the amenities have been as stated or better every stay. We plan to book with Coastal Carolina again next summer.

Bedrooms are spacious; beddings clean and beds were comfortable. Baths were clean. Living room/dining area is well furnished. Kitchen well stocked with appliances, pots, skillets, kitchen supplies. Everything was in working order. Pool was clean, enjoyed it. We all enjoyed our stay.

We had a few issues with our stay at this particular house. The air wasn’t working for a few days, (problem was resolved), the beds are really hard & the televisions are older modeled so we could not connect our firestick. The dishwasher doesn’t work great either. But coastal Carolina was amazing & efficient at resolving the problems brought to their attention. We will not be staying at this location anymore, but will continue to use coastal Carolina.

We were happy to be able to offer you portable units until the AC was fixed! We were able to go out to the house between renters and checked that all the streaming capabilities on all the TV’s and the dishwasher were in working order. As you know mattress comfort can be different from one guest to another, but we have relayed your thoughts on the beds to the owners for the off season. Our family of four enjoyed our week long stay in Nags Head. The house was very clean with an excellent layout for small kids and adults. It was centrally located and the kitchen offered all of the appliances you would need. Our one complaint was that all of the beds in the 4 bedrooms have very firm mattresses and were uncomfortable to sleep in. The beds could certainly use an upgrade and attention to comfort. However, the beds did boast excellent pillows.

The house was just what we needed. Kitchen was better stocked than mine at home. Beds were comfortable! The elevator was very helpful for arrival and departure. All appliances worked well. Nice ocean view from the top porch. Nice chairs on given porch- very comfortable. The pool was well cared for. Outdoor shower was easily accessible and large. Loved the wash off station under the house for after the beach!! Some used the hot tub and enjoyed it - good working order. Bottom line: well planned home and well cared for. The agency communicated very well and stayed in touch! Would recommend both the cottage and the agency to friends!

The house and pool were very well cared for and clean. It was a rainy week at the beach but we enjoyed the local restaurants and shopping, doing our part for the economy! The elevator was great to move our supplies to the kitchen and allowed my Mom to get from floor to floor. The house also has cable television! (Much nicer than the streaming!!) I highly recommend this property, the only downside is the distance to walk to beach access. The walk is is not difficult but not possible for our older family.
