We had an amazing time. Great location and perfect set up for our crew. The house was clean and had all the amenities and equipment we needed. Would highly recommend this house for your next vacation.

A Disregard for Comfort- The House location to the beach was excellent and the pool and house were clean. The Kitchen was very well stocked to cook for a lot of people and we did a ton of cooking in the spacious kitchen and the dining room seating was fantastic. The bad news is that there are 4 king beds... of which 3 were extremely old stained and huge indents from prior long-term use and the 4th King was slanted entirely. All 4 King beds lumpy bumpy with toppers on them to hide what was underneath- oh so many stains! So our sleep was extremely uncomfortable! No complaints in the kids room with the bunk bed mattresses. Although the house was clean unfortunately the gas grill was dirty and we had to spend time the first evening when we were ready to grill cleaning it before it could be used for cooking. Although the staff was extremely communicative before the trip about what was in the house; I was prepared to bring everything. But I was still disappointed that for the price we paid what I consider very basic staples were missing at least compared to other rental properties I've used before. Things like, a lighter for the Charcoal grill, trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels... it seems for a few bucks charge me so that I don't have to go out and get these items. There was exactly 1 toilet paper roll for each bathroom, 1 paper towel, and 1 trash bag. No beach chairs, no beach towels, no salt, no pepper, no ketchup, mustard- you need to bring everything! There was no welcome booklet or map of the area; a fundamental minimum to expect- no? The last complaint was the towel service provided very poor quality bathroom towels and some packages did not have the bath rug. The towels were scratchy and did not absorb well. So my impression overall is that although owners/rental properties want to make $$$ there was a complete disregard for comfort and considerations. Cheap Cheap Cheap

Thank you for your review. We always appreciate our guest’s feedback. Thank you also for taking the time to speak with me. Mattress comfort is very subjective (some people like firm mattresses others soft) but after evaluating the mattresses, we have spoken with the owner, and they have ordered 4 new king mattresses for the home. While we do not provide condiments and spices for the houses, we do provide a starter bag that provides enough paper and cleaning products to get you settled in before having to go to the grocery store. We are certainly not perfect, however, when we are notified of issues at the homes, we do our best to get things taken care of in a timely manner so our guests can enjoy their stay. We hope to see you the next time you are on The Outer Banks.

Upon entry and exploring the place I was amazed with the amount of features the place has (pool table, pool, HOT TUB). Not to mention it even has an Elevator which made moving things up and down the stairs to the kitchen alot easier. The location was also convenient and close to good spots around town. The beach was a block away, and can even see it from the roof deck of the property which I've had lots of coffee breaks and drinks with friends. Communications with the property owner was also a breeze when it came to resolving issues around the house. If I go to the area again with friends, I'd definitely come back here.

Love this place. Company was very nice and quick to respond. House was clean and in a great location with a beach access right across the street. Will be renting from this company again.

Our family of 7 stayed here for a week and truly enjoyed this lovely home! The beach is right across the street, we enjoyed many sunrises on the beach. The grandkids especially loved the private pool after a day at the ocean. The house has an elevator which made it a lot easier to bring in the luggage and groceries to the third floor kitchen. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table, and the kids loved the media room as well. Property management were quick to respond to a few minor maintenance needs. Would definitely stay in this lovely home again!

Our daughters, spouses, and children 10 people total stayed in the home. Everyone used the pool, hot tub, pool table and media room. The beach was a short walk across the street. Check in and check out processes were easy and flawless!

This unit was extremely well furnished. The kitchen had everything that you could possibly need. Beach accesses were only a short walk. It was a great experience for our whole family.
