This was the perfect place for our family. The beach is an easy walk across the street. The house was clean and the kitchen was stocked. The management took care of the few issues we had very quickly an was easy to communicate with. Was the perfect stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! Coastal Carolina is fantastic with communication making the booking, check in, and check out process super easy. The house was exceptionally clean- my asthmatic son didn’t have a single issue which is really saying something. The only negatives we noticed were that the tile floor in the pool/game room is cracked and pieces were coming up and the outdoor shower only gives water through the bottom not the hose. But those are minor inconveniences considering how nice the pool and living spaces were! Plus you can’t beat the location—so easy to get to the beach and close to ice cream!!

My family gets together for the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day each year and we’ve stayed in the Outer Banks for the last three years. This was our favorite property to date. The space is more than adequate and the elevator is a tremendous help as we are getting older. I’d advise you to bring your own towels and washcloths, unless you want to use the supplied ones for the entire week. The furnishings in this rental were generally IKEA-ish and some were in need of an update. The same goes for the pots, pans and utensils. Everything was there, but much was in need of updating or replacing. Very short walk to the beach!

House was steps from the beach and met all of our expectations. Close to restaurants, shops and grocery stores with easy access to towns both north and south.

What a wonderful place to get away with the family! The house was exactly what we needed - and loved the 3rd floor with its open concept and table big enough to fit us all for dinners! The elevator was SUCH a help for my Father in his recovery. Easy walk to the beach, beautiful pool for an afternoon dip, and fantastic hot tub for an evening soak. We had a small issue with the air conditioner upstairs when we arrived but within 10 minutes Eric had arrived to check it out and we had a solution immediately. So grateful or the incredibly prompt reply and everything turned out great! We needed a vacation and this place gave us exactly what we needed - recommend to anyone wanting a great spot to enjoy Nags Head!

It was a great out for our 3 family and kids. The location was great. Walked to the beach, the kids loved the ice cream place right next store and the pool table. The only recommendation I would have would be to has some beach equipment or, chairs, and a cart. We traveled from Michigan so it was had to bring all that stuff. Other than than great spot !

We had two families for our stay and we absolutely loved it! We had a couple tiny electrical issues with lights turning on but we cannot say enough about the super fast response time and great customer service! Shout out to Everett who was the absolute best prior to and during our stay! The house was great and exceeded our expectations! Our only suggestion would be to consider adding a table of some sort with an umbrella to the back yard especially since there is no shade back there and possibly one to the top deck to enjoy a meal. There was plenty of seating on the top deck but higher Adirondack chairs would be the perfect touch to maximize the views you get of the ocean from up there! Overall it was a fantastic place to spend our week! Thank you so much for a great vacation!

This was our second stay at Phelps Brothers Too and we loved it. There are nine of us - 5 adults and four kids from 7 to 16 years old and the house accommodated us nicely. The one item that would improve our stay would be some pool area shade for us pale northeners. There were a couple issues such as a broken toaster and a stuck valve on the grille's propane tank. Both were immediately addressed. We hope to be back in 2024. My wife and I have been vacationing in Nags Head since 1970 and have visited nearly 60 times including some second trips in October. We stayed at the Cabana East Motel until 1996 and in cottages since. We have dealt with 6 different realty companies over the years and found Coastal Carolina Vacations to be the most responsive by far. Kudos to you.

Great location, clean house. Only complaints that we did not address with the company as they weren’t that big of a deal for us: shower on 2nd floor had water pressure and temperature issues and top floor bedroom stayed on the warmer side. Otherwise, everything was wonderful! Nice layout, convenient location, and we were very pleased with our overall experience.

The house was gorgeous and exactly like the pictures! The AC unit broke on the 2nd floor and Coastal Carolina made sure a technician and AC company came to check on it. They also installed window AC units since the AC unit ultimately needed to be replaced. We're very grateful for their quick response to make our stay comfortable!

We loved our house! It is sun-filled, spacious, and clean. When we arrived, I noticed how clean it smelled! The teenagers loved the theater room and game room with pool table. I would definitely recommend this house/rental company and would love to return!

The house is very conveniently located, as the walk to the beach is very short. Also very close to an awesome ice cream place, which the kids loved. Pool is definitely on the smaller side. Kitchen could also be better stocked with basic cooking supplies. The air conditioning broke in the lower level, but the rental company responded very, very quickly to the problem. They showed up the same day with portable AC units until the HVAC unit could be addressed. Overall, we had a good experience.

Cottage is spacious and very comfortable. Given that my wife and I are 70+, the elevator was a godsend for getting us, luggage and groceries to the top floor. The cottage was well equipped and we had several big family meals-there were 9 of us staying there. The five bedrooms and numerous bathrooms accommodated us all nicely. The several teenager grandchildren loved the ground floor with the pool table, theater and kitchenette. The hot tub and pool were adequate but chairs, chaise lounges and shade were insufficient. The back yard landscaping needs some work too. We also would have liked a back deck. Overall though, we really liked our accommodations. The main issue and the one nobody could fix was the weather as it rained most of the week.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. The owner of this property is installing an irrigation system to assist with the landscape needs. We have checked the outdoor seating and there are loungers (3 photographed) and additional plastic Adirondack style chairs, along with built in benches on the east facing decks. We realize that every house is equipped differently, but based on a house this size, we are glad to find adequate seating provided for outside enjoyment. The decking on the front of the house is very spacious and lends for some nice sunrise views we hope you were able to enjoy. The back yard is spacious and we have seen some folks use a pop-up tent to provide shade in the afternoons if that is helpful for a future visit. We wish we could have done more for the weather, but hopefully your next trip will be sunny with blue skies!!
