For the family who likes to entertain, Phelps is your dream vacation home. The spacious great room is wonderful for your group to enjoy a meal together. Walking distance to the beach, you’ll find yourself enjoying a sunrise over a warm cup of coffee or checking the waves before lunch. After a day lounging at the beach, kick back at your private pool or relax in the hot tub with a drink from your wet bar. Rainy days are never a problem at this house. Pop some popcorn and chill in the home theater or shoot a game of pool in the rec room.

October Trip to Nags Head
The house was very clean, the elevator working at all times,and our favorite part of the house was the double-sided kitchen island where we could face each other and talk while having a glass of wine and a meal. We also loved the fireplace. Our only complaint was that the mattresses were way too soft. All in all a great stay.

Great vacation rental!
Very clean. We’ve used another rental agency for other properties for years and have noticed a significant decline in the cleanliness the past few years. Great location. Loved the layout of the house. Wonderful communication from Coastal Carolina. Loved it!

Wonderful Stay
We are five friends who stayed in this lovely home for a week. The house was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. Entry was by key pad which made it very simple -- no stopping to pick up a key. The host, Coastal Carolina, was very receptive to any questions or concerns we had. All in all, a great stay.

Great vacation!
Very nice home, beach easily accessible. Perfect size for our group of 9. Wi-fi and TVs worked well. Very nice billiard table. Beds were comfortable. Property manager was very responsive via text on AC issue on first floor and problem fixed next day. We would definitely stay there again.

Well designed home!
The home was lovely. It is extremely well designed, very spacious, and each bedroom has its own bathroom for convenience. The elevator was extremely handy when it came to moving in and moving out, and carrying in groceries.

Solid Clean House
We stayed at the Phelps house and our family and one of our friends enjoyed our stay quite a bit. The greatest part of this house was how clean it was when we showed up. We have stayed in multiple houses and had our entire first day spent cleaning the home or dealing with cockroaches. This house was clean and ready to enjoy. The only issue we had was the Wi-Fi not working when we got there which did take a few days to fix but was mainly a spectrum issue. The rental company helped us a lot though with trying to keep it from interrupting plans. The home is close to the beach and an ice cream shop one house over which was amazing! We loved it and are thankful for the blessing of staying in OBX in an awesome house yet again

Wonderful Stay
We had an amazing week in this home and our experience with Coastal Carolina was top notch. The home was spacious, clean, and the pool /hot tub perfect for our family and extended family that joined. Being practically next door to Booty Treats ice cream was a huge bonus and a quick walk to the beach was so so convenient!! The rental company was always quick to respond with any questions we had, and friendly to boot. Which is always nice in this day and age. Would rent here again in a heartbeat!

We loved the house and all it had to offer. The well decorated home was spacious and very clean which was appreciated. The pool which was used daily by the grandchildren while the hot tub was used by the adults. Beach access was close and very convenient. The elevator was wonderful when moving in and out since we brought way too much stuff with us. The visit to the Bodie Lighthouse provided us with a background for some family photos and the NC Aquarium was a great outing for the entire family. We would definitely rent this house again.

My family loved this house. Everyone had their own space. It was convenient to the beach, groceries, shopping and activities. The elevator was a back saver to load and unload. The pool and hot tub were great. The walk to the beach was short. There were a few cleaning issues but it would not keep me from staying here again

Great house!
The house was perfect for my extended family…Very clean. Loved that every room had its bathroom and its proximity to the beach. The Elevator was essential for Grandma. The kids loved the pool table. We all loved the pool and hot tub. Only negatives…no patio furniture in the backyard which meant no shade in the pool area and No garbage disposal. We would definitely rent this house again.

Down for the OBX 100 mile ultra
This was a great house in a prime location. Took a group of athletes down for the 100 mile ultramarathon. Plenty of space for everyone, looked recently updated, and very clean. Convenient to everything and a short walk to beach access right across the street. Loved soaking in the hot tub and playing pool downstairs. Beds and furniture were comfortable and nice. I would highly recommend to all!
