With sunsets and sound views, Sound View (Formerly Masters 15) has it all! This unique split-level, three-bedroom home can be your perfect getaway to the OBX. Located on the Nags Head Golf Links course it offers amazing views of the sound and breathtaking sunsets. Watch the golfers from the lower-level screened porch while you enjoy your morning coffee or favorite evening beverages. The open floor plan on the top level provides sound views, a comfy living area with a flatscreen TV, dining space for six, and a well-equipped kitchen with island seating for two. A lower-level den has a game table, TV, and a sleeper sofa perfect for game or movie nights.

Beach Access: Just a quick drive to the beach!  Turn out of the driveway onto W Seachase Drive.  Cross the bypass (Hwy. 158) onto Epstein St.  Head south to the Town Hall beach access.  The access offers a paved parking lot, a wooden walkway to the beach and lifeguard (in-season).

Comfortable Home
This is the third time my family and I have rented this house. We even followed it to a different rental company this year. The home never fails to satisfy. The layout is very comfortable with a large open floor plan on the main level, porches off two of the bedrooms, a deck off the kitchen/ dining space and a main deck overlooking the 16th hole of the golf course and facing the sound for magnificent sunsets. Both porches off the bedrooms are covered and there is also a downstairs screened in porch for enjoying the outside, even on rainy days. The kitchen is well stocked and large enough for a group to gather over the meal preparation. The garage is very helpful for keeping the car out of the salt air and makes loading/unloading much easier. Overall a great place to spend a week (or more) at the Outer Banks. Our only quibble, admittedly a small one, is there were many exposed nailheads on several of the wooden decks which made for a bit of a hazard for bare feet. A simple thing to have someone nail these down.

beautiful house
we rented this lovely home several times. it a nice location. We had a lot of fun watching the golfers putting?? on the 15th green. The house is well stocked and very well maintained. We have enjoyed out visits .Coastal Caroline rental agency was very nice to deal with all our needs and questions .

Great Location
Location of this property was great. It was on the sound so we could catch a beautiful sunset. It was only an hour's drive up to Corolla or an hour's drive down to Hatteras. LOTS of restaurants and grocery stores in Nags Head and Kill Devil Hills! The house was really nice. Great porches and screened-in patio downstairs. We used the garage too. Master bed was very comfortable, the grill was not exceptionlly cleaned but there was an extra propane tank so that was really nice. Would be better if the owners had black-out curtains in the master as it gets very bright and if you like to sleep in, this is not the best room for that. The fact that you are right on the tee, well you can imagine the noise from the golf maintenance crews who come in early before the first tee times. These are my only watch-outs for the property - early morning light and early morning noise. If you are an early riser, you will LOVE this location. If you are into biking, you can bike to the Fresh Market, to the beach and if you're adventurous to Jockey's Ridge, we did and we took the beach route not the highway route. I do recommend you bring extra bath towels from home. If someone asked me if I would recommend this place, I would say yes. Coastal Carolina was great to work with, and they sent me good information on where to rent things, places to visit and restaurants to try. Coastal Kayak Touring Company is great and I highly recommend you take a kayak tour with Joe and his team.
