Start a family vacation tradition at 123 Beach Therapy. This delightful retreat is just a short walk to the beach and a casual walk to the town of Duck.
If you enjoy lounging poolside all day, kicking your feet up, laying back in a beach chair, going sightseeing or cooking for a group, then 123 Beach Therapy is the place to be. A great room, kitchen, and dining area are located on the top level and offer an open concept that allows you and your group to start and finish each day sharing all the memories made. The kitchen is well equipped and the chef will love whipping up some favorite meals for everyone. The lower level rec room offers entertainment with a pool table and TV. A mid-level den offers a TV and wet bar with a mini-fridge and deck access.
Jump in your private pool for a refreshing dip or soak in the hot tub for some great relaxation after a fun-filled day. With seven bedrooms everyone will find the perfect spot to end the day to relax and get ready for the next day's adventures.

123 Beach Therapy is the perfect OBX Destination for the whole family, including your furry companions, too. Every thoughtful detail in the house will make you feel right at home and be a favorite vacation spot for years to come!

Beach Access: Head east out of the driveway down Dune Road.  Public access to the beach is at the end of the street.

Nice place to stay
We love that the house had three separate living areas as we have a large family and it was nice that we could take a break in a separate part of the house. Overall, the house was wonderful. Definitely could use some dusting as there was cobwebs, bugs and dust on the lights in the kitchen. Easy walk to the beach and sound and very close to shops.

Great home in a great location
This beautiful home had everything our family needed for a wonderful spring vacation. Easy to go to beach and town, quiet and safe neighborhood. Kitchen was fabulous, beds comfortable. The only thing I missed was a hair dryer. We Would definitely return for more Beach Therapy!

Great option for a get away
Good option for our family and our pups. Way more bedrooms than we needed but a perfect vacation spot. Close to the beach and boardwalk. Property management was also very attentive and responded quickly to any requests.

Great house for a group trip
We stayed for a week here (8 adults total). The house is in a great location between the beach and the sound, easy to walk and ride your bike too. Really close to the main shops and restaurants in Duck as well, but the house was in a very quiet location. The house was very clean upon arrival. The only things that I think could be improved/updated are the pool and deck furniture. There were also bikes there that looked like they were provided to the house guests, but after checking with the rental agency they clarified they were owner use only. It was a great stay and we would definitely recommend this to others.

We loved 123 Beach Therapy
My family and I had a great time during our stay at 123 beach therapy. The house was conveniently located right near the town of duck as well as close enough to walk to the beach. About a 7 minute walk to the beach & just at the other end was the sound to catch the beautiful sunset. The house was spacious enough for everyone to have their privacy. The pool was a good size. Pool table was so much fun to play. Any issues that we had during our stay was addressed asap. Thanks so much!

5 Stars! A must stay.
Beautiful home! It’s waking distance to the ocean and the town of Duck. We loved the private pool, hot tube, and all the other wonderful amenities this house has to offered. We can’t wait to come back to OBX and will only stay at 123 Beach Therapy.

This place was absolutely perfect! Just a few minutes walk to the beach as well as to the main attractions of the town of duck! The house was huge and had more amenities than we could even imagine using! We couldn’t have asked for better place to stay!

Perfect
We have been vacationing in the OBX area for 20+ years and this home had to be the most idealistic experience. Walk down the street you have an easy access to a perfect ocean side beach and pier. Walk the other direction and you are bay side with downtown Duck shops and food within minutes. A short drive north are the Corolla ponies and south are all the attractions associated with Kitty Hawk/Kill Devil hills. Do not feel like going out? The convenient pool and jacuzzi are waiting. The kitchen was more than ample for larger family crews and the layout was perfect for beach living. Can’t wait to book again
