The Misfits Bars of Christmas Crawl is bringing seasonal fun and holiday cheer to the Outer Banks. 15 of the area's favorite restaurants are going all out with dazzling Christmas decorations, special holiday menus, and signature drinks. You're invited to experience the magic of the season and discover why the Outer Banks should be a top holiday destination!

OBX Gobbler 5K & Fun Run

Duck Turkey Trot Event

Duck Turkey Trot

  • Location: Scarborough Faire Duck
  • Starts: 9:00 am

Bringing together families, runners, and walkers for a festive start to the holiday.

The beloved community race invites participants of all ages and abilities to enjoy a scenic 5K run/walk through Duck’s neighborhoods, followed by post-race festivities, music, and refreshments. Costumes are encouraged, and prizes will be awarded to top finishers as well as the best holiday-themed attire. 

Registration opens on September 1st at 9am at  https://runsignup.com/Race/NC/DUCK/DUCKNCTURKEYTROT5K   Early registration is encouraged, as spots are limited and the race is expected to sell out quickly.

  • Who: Open to runners, walkers, families, and strollers (no pets, please)

The Packet Pickup Party will be at Swellsa Brewing Duck Dive Bar in Duck on Wednesday evening before the race.  The race day party at the start/finish will be at Treehouse Cafe & Coffee in Scarborough Faire.  Come walk or run and enjoy the party!
