10am and 2pm. Discover butterflies up-close as they take their first flight! Our staff will educate about butterflies and what plants attract them to your garden. Total price is $16.00 plus admission for non-members ($16 for members), this includes general admission, program and butterfly. Tickets may be purchased online. There may be a limited number of tickets available for same-day purchases. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your release time as you will need to check-in and walk to the Butterfly Garden.
Tunes on the Terrace

This summer, Outlets Nags Head is turning up the volume on coastal charm with the launch of Tunes on the Terrace, a brand-new weekly acoustic music series set against the scenic backdrop of the Roanoke Sound.
Kicking off on Wednesday, June 3rd and continuing every Wednesday through Labor Day Week, the 14-week series will run from 4PM to 6PM on the Waterfront Terrace, located between Vera Bradley and Village Pizza. Guests can unwind midweek with live performances from some of the Outer Banks’ most talented local musicians while enjoying breathtaking waterfront views.
The Tunes on the Terrace lineup features a rotating roster of beloved local artists, including: Steve Hauser, Doc Perkins, Win Winslow, Deanna Thornley, Natalie Wolfe, Jackie Burns, Adam Nixon, and Toolan & Evans.
Enhancing the experience, Village Pizza has recently introduced a brand-new outdoor bar, offering refreshing summer drinks and casual eats just steps from the stage—perfect for guests looking to sip and savor while enjoying the music.
In addition to the live entertainment, Outlets Nags Head will host a Weekly Sidewalk Sale every Wednesday throughout the summer. Shoppers are encouraged to arrive early to browse special deals and discounts at participating stores before settling in for the evening’s performance.
