Ray and TD’s is an upscale property located in the Outer Banks, ideal for hosting reunions or family vacations. This high-end accommodation caters specifically to families and couples, providing an exceptional setting for a memorable stay. This beautiful 7-bedroom, dog-friendly house in Whalehead Beach, Corolla is located adjacent to Shad Street beach access – you can be on the beach in a brief 5 minute walk.

Ray and TD’s is brimming with amenities to ensure a memorable stay for all. The private pool is perfect for cooling off after a day on the beach, offering an oasis of calm and peace with a modern pergola providing ample shade. A unique toddler pool and spacious concrete deck with plenty of lounge chairs provides a spot for everyone. Both pools can be heated for an additional fee. The hot tub offers a relaxing escape while a large table and gas grill provide outside dining options. The backyard behind the pool is enclosed by a perimeter fence. For entertainment, the theater room provides a cinematic experience beyond compare featuring a laser projector, tiered seating for 12, 120-inch screen and a wraparound sound system that will blow you away. In the rec room a pool table allows for friendly competition while watching your favorite sports events on the large screen and enjoying drinks from the wet bar. Connecting your phone to the whole house Russound system enhances meal times, billiard playing, and poolside lounging. The convenience of an elevator means every floor is easily accessible, making this home suitable for guests of all ages. It is also quite convenient to send your gear upstairs!

All seven bedrooms have private tiled bathrooms and individual TVs. The open living area offers ample space for gatherings, and the kitchen features two dishwashers, two ovens, and island seating, perfect for meal preparation. The dining room, with two chandeliers and seating for twelve ensures everyone can enjoy meals together. Adjacent to the dining room is a screened porch with an outdoor dining table. For quiet time, the wrap-around, covered decks on each floor offer multiple spaces and views of the ocean and famous Corolla Lighthouse. There are nine Adirondack chairs on the front top deck and a bistro table on the back top deck, providing elevated views. The two-car garage offers shade for your vehicle and security for your items. You also have access to beach chairs and a beach wagon.

Gem of a house!
Our family has been enjoying the Outer Banks for 30 years - we have stayed in many houses - but we found this gem, and we’ve been back over and over because it has everything we want in a dream vacation home! The bedrooms are roomy, with relaxing decorations, and the home office is fantastic for anyone that has to work remotely, or where I’ve been inspired to write my first book. We love bringing our extended family, and between the ample living room, the various decks, and awesome basement downstairs, there is always some fun activities to share with our loved ones. My favorite spot is the home theatre! 120” screen, surround sound system with two subwoofers - wow! It’s like going to the movies every night. The pool is perfect to take a dip, and we usually have it heated towards the end of the season. Then the hot tub to relax our muscles, and have enjoyable conversations with friends. We like the location, close to the beach, also to the sound for strolls during sunset, various shops and restaurants around - but it’s the house we truly love! Over the years, we’ve gotten to know the owners, and they’re gracious and kind people, and along with the property manager, they are super responsive to ensure our experience is flawless. I hope you enjoy Ray and TD’s as much as we have. I would recommend it to anyone!

Great Home - Lots of Space!
This is the second year we have gathered for a family reunion at Ray and TD’s and have loved it both years! There were 15 of us ranging from 8 months to 73 years old spread among 6 families. There is lots of space to gather and plenty of spaces for down time. It’s a very short walk to the beach and we also spent many hours between the pool in the backyard and the hot tub. There’s even a baby pool for the youngest guests. There are many balconies and even a screened porch to enjoy the cool of the morning and evening. The kitchen is well- equipped so you can easily eat in if that’s your preference. The management company and owners are very responsive if you have a need. The clothes dryer stopped working during our stay and a brand new one was was delivered and installed the next day! We have thoroughly enjoyed our beach vacations (including climbing the Currituck lighthouse) and would highly recommend this vacation home!!

Beautiful home! Excellent location!
This property and home are absolutely beautiful. Excellent location with just a very short walk to the beach. Low traffic and safe with a sidewalk right onto the beach. The backyard is private and serene. We typically see deer right behind the home in the evening from the back porch. The home is VERY well maintained, updated, clean and provides a fully equipped kitchen. The movie theater is a great place to watch your favorite movies. Tons of space and beautifully decorated. Beautiful pool and even has a kiddie pool. We have stayed at this property numerous times and keep coming back. We have rented several houses over the years and this house is by far the best we ever had. This house has everything you and your family could possibly need for a fantastic vacation! You won’t be disappointed!! Highly recommend!

Great OBX rental!
We have been renting in Corolla since 2005 and this is by far the best property we’ve rented! Easy check in and the place was spotless! Lots of room, great pool and close to the beach. We spent lots of time together on the front porch as well! We plan to rent again.

Great Beach House Getaway!
My family had a great time at this beach house. It's a two minute walk from the beach. There are plenty of things to do in the house and plenty of space for 11 of us. We did have to buy more dishwasher detergent and paper towels. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

Spacious, well supplied, cozy FAMILY space!
There were 14 of us who stayed at Ray & TD's place, 8 adults and 6 children (2 where 2 years old). It was well-equipped and the movie theater room was a huge hit. The beds were comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and serving ware. There was plenty of space for all of us. The hot tub and pool were amazing... all around, we were happy to stay here and would definitely come back in the future!

Fantastic week in Corolla

Idyllic Home and Location
We enjoyed a lovely week at Ray and TD's 435. The home is just as described and super clean. The kitchen had absolutely everything needed to make us feel like it was our home. We took full advantage of the amenities including the hot tub, pool table and movie theater. The home is also stocked with games and puzzles. Sitting on the porch and eating breakfast was idyllic. The home's location was perfect and we enjoyed many walks on the beach.

Large house in Whalehead Beach
A perfectly nice house. 10 adults were comfortable in 5 of the master bedrooms. Everything was clean and in good working order (though the property manager never responded to a couple of minor issues). Downside: it's directly across from the only public parking lot for a considerable distance, which means that the beach access leads to the most crowded part of the beach. Everywhere else we've stayed in Corolla has been less crowded. Also, for the price, the pool area was not particularly inviting and there is no view of anything interesting from the porches.
