This oceanside retreat has everything you need to enjoy a fun and relaxing Coastal Carolina vacation. Everyone will feel at home with the inviting living spaces on each level, private bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, covered decks and sun decks, and a private hot tub. The top level incorporates an open living, dining, and kitchen area with access to spacious decks. The living area has several comfy sofas around a flatscreen TV, the dining area has a table for eight, sliding glass doors open to a large sun deck and a covered deck with a table for al fresco dining. The kitchen has everything to prepare your favorite meals and island bar seating for two. When it's time to relax with five bedrooms everyone can find their getaway for the evening. Sand Fiddler Dayz will be the perfect spot for you, your family, and your dogs to make those amazing OBX memories.

We had a wonderful week! This was our second year at Sand Fiddler. The renovations since 2022 were very nice. The dining area is a great addition, making the living room space bigger. All it needs is curtains for privacy and sunblock. The kitchen island is so nice! We used it for food prep, kids eating area, and spreading out our food for serving. So nice to be able to walk all the way around it. The additional cupboard space for all of our snacks and stuff was a nice touch. Our only kitchen concern was that the ice maker never kept up. But there were a lot of us and probably everybody has the same issue. Next year we will bring a countertop ice maker or buy a bag of ice. All of the bedrooms are very comfortable and the bathroom renovations look beautiful. The walk-in shower on the mid level is really outstanding. We were very excited to see the storage room in the garage area full of beach items that made our time in the sand so much more fun. I wish we had known about all of the things that were at the house before we packed our own things. Chairs, umbrella, canopy, Boogie boards, and lots of toys. There was even an inflatable boat that was absolutely perfect for our nine month old when we took her to the pool. We enjoyed the hot tub. But it seemed almost too hot because the weather was so hot. We appreciated having it serviced midweek and the technician was very nice. We enjoyed this house immensely and have already booked our week for next year earlier in the season when it is cooler. Hopefully we will be able to make more use of the outdoor deck, the mid-level table, and the backyard. Thank you for keeping this house pet friendly and investing in renovations and upkeep to make our stay more comfortable.

Great renovations
The upgrades that the owner has done are wonderful. We were quite happy there before but now it’s even better. Someone had not cleaned the grill and so we were not particularly happy about that and there were ants in the kitchen every morning. I think the baits that have been put out are luring them in rather than keeping them away. These two things were small in comparison to the wonderful stay we had. Eating area is grand which leaves the counter of the island as a place for the kids to do the puzzles. We’ll be back!

We ask guests to clean grills after each use and unfortunately it doesn't get done. We are glad you had a good time and look forward to seeing you all next year!

Great location
This house was in a great location with the beach so close by. Our family enjoyed not only the beach but the pool at the clubhouse.The house was clean and spacious!

Wonderful vacation
This location was perfect for our family vacation. The walk to the beach is short and the dune down to the beach is covered with a tarp like walkway that made it so much easier than having to trudge through the sand. The house was comfortable for all of the adults that stayed with us.
