SNH101 Oceanfront Paradise (previously named: Busy Being Fabulous)

Oceanfront Paradise: Oceanfront home in Nags Head with amazing ocean front and sound views, a private pool, hot tub, elevator, theater room, and rec room with a pool table and foosball table.

Recent Updates 2026: 

A second refrigerator has been added to the main kitchen.  The home now has three full size refrigerators.  Added a 2nd washer and dryer.  A Foosball table has been added to the rec room. New 98 inch smart tv has been added to the theater room. New 86 inch smart tv has been added to the Living room.  Pool has been resurfaced, tile border replaced and the pool deck expanded eastward to incorporate turf lounging area!

 Oceanfront Paradise lets you enjoy oceanfront living at its best. Splash around in your own private pool, stargaze in the evening while relaxing in the hot tub.  Start your day with your favorite cup of coffee while watching the sunrise over the Atlantic, while also enjoying the salty breezes and sounds of the ocean. This home offers indoor and outdoor amenities to make a fun and memorable vacation.  Such amenities include a theater room, rec room, private pool (pool can be heated with additional fee), hot tub, private walkway to the beach, and an elevator.  With eight bedrooms, all with en-suites!  Everyone will be sure to have a restful evening and ready for their next day's adventures. Enjoy the sounds of waves right outside your window with 180 degree views of the beach from the top two levels. Watch the beautiful sunset over the sound every day.  In season a lifeguard stand is directly in front of the home.   If you like to watch surfing or if you like to surf a popular surf spot is directly in front of the home.

Exploring Nags Head: Visit Jennette's Pier as it's only a short walk away. Fish or stroll along the pier, and see some cool fish in the aquariums. Check out Sam & Omie's, Dune Burger and Cahoon's Market for a wide variety of food offerings. Let’s not forget dessert. Stroll down to Fat Boyz for homemade waffle cones and ice cream.   Into sand volleyball?  Directly across the street sits Whalebone park.  Visit the children’s playground and play some beach volleyball. Biking and jogging trails galore!  Two EV charging stations are located at Jeannette’s pier.  Oregon Inlet, Outlet Mall, Manteo and Miller’s Waterfront restaurant are a short drive away.

Beautiful house. Great location. We had 12 adults in our group and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. Theatre and pool rooms were a big hit for separate gatherings. Reservations and company communication throughout the stay was great. We noted minor issues after we left that I’m sure the company will resolve for the next guest. My whole group wants to come back again next year.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Had some issues with AC but Coastal Carolina tended to them promptly. Was disappointed no DVD player in theater room as we brought some movies with us.

Busy Being Fabulous
The house was as advertised. It was beautiful inside and out! It easily accommodated our family of 17. We were looking for something that, even with our grandkids, it would not be crowded or noisy and this worked out perfectly. To be honest, all the kids were at the pool most of the time. All and all, it was just a great vacation and quality time with the family! If we can agree on a place to get together again, Busy Being Fabulous will be at the top of the list!

Lovely house close to the pier.
We loved the house!! It was spacious, had plenty of bedroomsbathrooms, was so close to the pier we walked to fish several times during our time there. We had 6 individual families come and stay with us and everyone had plenty of room to hang out and relax without feeling cramped. Wonderful house for large parties.

Fabulous!
Busy Being Fabulous lives up to its name. This was our third stay at the house and we appreciated the new updates. The house is great, lots of room for everyone to spread out. The location can't be beat! plus we had gorgeous weather the entire week! We've already booked for 2024! Can't wait to return to our favorite Outer Banks destination!

Beautiful View
This was our 1st time vacationing in the Outer Banks. The home was well maintained and came with all the amenities you could wish for. The grandkids had a great time as well as all the adults. We enjoyed the beach and the pool every day. Minor issues arose and were taken care of promptly. We would definitely stay here again. Rent it and you won't regret it!

Fabulous home!
Very well appointed and comfortable on all levels. And the view and location can't be beat! I have stayed in dozens of homes and used many different realty companies over the years for our annual trip to the beach, and I have never been happier with my stay. We had a few minor maintenance issues, and Coastal Carolina Realty responded and solved the problems immediately. They truly seemed to care about our comfort. Already looking forward to next year!

Wonderful Vacation!
My friends and I have rented houses in Nags Head for more than 30 years. This house was wonderful - comfortable and in a great location next to Jennette's Pier. The staff was interested in our comfort, very professional and most helpful with any questions we had. They were the best group of rental agents that we have worked with, in my opinion.
