The Sand Dollar is a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront condo located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, just steps from the beach.  The Sand Dollar is located in the Seven C's community with a beach access directly behind the building, which is private to community guests for a more peaceful, less crowded experience. This condo features an Oceanfront Community Pool, a Direct Boardwalk to the beach, covered  parking, and a community elevator for easy access to the home.

Inside, The Sand Dollar has an open-concept living area with cozy furnishings and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully stocked, and has everything needed for when you're dining at home.  The dining area offers seating surrounded by windows, giving you great ocean views while you eat.  Step outside to the covered back deck for morning coffee while you watch the sunrise over the ocean, or relax with a book as you enjoy the fresh air and even catch views of the Wright Brothers Memorial.  The queen master bedroom includes a private bathroom and flat-screen TV, while the second queen bedroom also has a TV and easy access to a full hallway bathroom; both bedrooms offer ocean views!  

Whether you enjoy surfing, fishing, or simply relaxing on the beach, The Sand Dollar is the perfect spot to experience the best of the Outer Banks.
