Sand Flee: Oceanfront condo in Kill Devil Hills located on the first level of the building with awesome ocean views and access to the community pool!

Experience the best sunrises and sounds from the ocean at Sand Flee, a charming two-bedroom, two-bath condo with amazing ocean views. Start your day with your cup of coffee on the covered deck and relax in the Adirondack chairs and watch the sunrise over the Atlantic, and maybe catch a glimpse of dolphins playing in the surf. The great room has two comfy sofas and a flatscreen TV for watching your favorite movies, sports, or TV shows. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare some delicious meals and with an island bar with seating for two and a dining table with seating for 4 everyone can dine together and share their adventures and memories for the day. The queen en suite offers ocean views and deck access and a second bedroom features two twin beds. The dedicated beach path makes beach access easy where you can spend the day surfing, swimming, collecting shells, or just basking in the sun or take a splash in the community pool.

We loved our time here. The space is so cozy with a pretty view of the dunes and water. Short walk to the beach. You have to climb the dunes but it’s really not bad (I did it with a toddler in tow!) super cute place with great water pressure in the master bath!

LOVED IT!
this condo was styled beautifully. we lived on the deck looking out at the ocean from sunrise to moonlight evenings. just steps away from the ocean. what a beautiful, quiet, clean, lovely place to stay. definitely will book again next season!

Beautiful condo, gorgeous view of the ocean, very clean. The owner has outdone herself with the decor and art. absolutely beautiful. The deck facing the ocean was used all day-everyday! PERFECT

This was a wonderful condo that was so comfortable. Nestled just behind the dune, we were waterfront and had the great sound of waves crashing and a very easy walk to the waves! We were excited to have such a comfortable place to chill!
