The open-concept living area is a welcoming space for everyone to gather. Host was awesome, no issues at check in. clothes washer needs cleaned and a few window seals need fixed. place was spotless clean and just what we where looking for.

Property was beautiful and well maintained. Great views of the sound and we got some amazing sunsets. Photos do not do it justice and everything was provided for a nice stay. Communication was excellent and for a small issue with a bathroom, someone was able to answer and come out to address the problem right away.

Love this place!!!!! Clean, organized, and perfect location for us! The view was perfect. And the hot tub was a hit with everyone. We fished every day on the dock. We loved it so much that we booked again for next year! Only thing we wish we could have used were the “stairs” that lower into to the sound. The winch was rusted tight. Other than that minor inconvenience, the place is absolutely perfect. We can’t wait for next summer!

The kids & grand kids love the hot tub. House was roomy but had some issues, ceiling fan didn't work in downstairs b/r, light over dining table flicker. Over all the stay was great.

This was the BEST vacation we have had in the last 12 years. We both work 6 days a week and we were in desperate need of a vacation. This home, Sunwatch, was beautifully decorated, immaculate, comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We were steps away from fishing daily, we spent the evenings in the hot tub, and the sunsets were spectacular and breathtaking. The house was beautiful, clean and close to everything. I would have bought it as my retirement home if I could afford it. The sound was steps away from the house and we caught crockers, spots and blue crabs every day. My son and daughter kayaked and tubed in the sound. I can't say enough wonderful things about this rental. LOVED IT!!!!
