Fish, paddleboard, kayak you can do it all right from your private dock at Blue Water House! This charming, coastal home on a canalfront lets you experience an unforgettable OBX vacation. Enjoy your morning coffee, evening beverages, or meals from the decks and patio while enjoying the water view. The great room has plenty of space to gather in the cozy living area to watch some movies, dining with seating for eight and a view of the canal, and a well-equipped kitchen to prepare some delicious meals. When you're ready to retire for the evening find comfort in the top-level king ensuite with a canal view and on the lower level a queen bedroom with a loveseat and canal view and for the kids, they will love the pyramid bunk bed room with a trundle and all bedrooms have a TV. Blue Water House is dog-friendly so bring them along to enjoy an OBX vacation too!

Great little beach house
Thoroughly enjoyed the Blue Water House! Customer service for the company was fantastic & super friendly! We wanted to extend our stay & had some AC issues - both were handled with ease & very quickly! I have only one “complaint”, or suggestion, rather … the kitchen could use some serious updates/restocking. If you’re a family that eats out every night, then you’re probably fine - but we cook almost every meal! The countertops are fantastic & very pretty. There are only two pans in the house that are worth using… very very very few cooking utensils and/or baking dishes. Plates & bowls are well stocked, but any cookware is FEW and far between. The fridge has a broken door shelf & doesn’t stay closed good. I guess I’m used to houses with super updated kitchens, I choose them purposefully updated, but this house was in our price range & had amenities we needed… but a few hundred bucks from owners/rental company would make a huge difference. Hopefully coming back next year!

Blue Pamlico
Wonderful stay. The house has two bathrooms one with a bath tub. I love taking baths. The neighborhood is very quiet. It’s a great place to stay.

Great location
This house was great for our family of five plus two dogs. Centrally located to all OBX sites and close to public beach accesses. Nice quiet neighborhood. My daughters run XC and were in training, and this was a great neighborhood for running. Recommend key code access for first floor entry and a Keurig coffeemaker. Otherwise, house has everything you need - would definitely stay here again!

Great location
Good location to get to everything. House was clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay. Would really love to have the option to recycle next time. The trash bags filled up pretty quickly with two kids.

Nags Head Fun
We had a great time in Nags Head. The property fit out needs perfectly. It was an easy walk to either the beach or the shore, as well as a close ride to shopping, restaurants, Jockey’s Ridge State Park and the Wright Brothers Memorial. We had no major issues during our stay and would stay there again.

Excellent House
The house was very spacious for all of the kids. The house is in a great neighborhood, I let my two teenagers go for a walk and I wasn't worried about them. The house is close by to some of my favorite stores so it was easy to pick up forgotten items. At night it was a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I would definitely rent this house again!!

Perfect summer get-a-way!
The Blue House was a perfect fit for our family and last minute vacation plans! Beautiful views, direct access to the sound from the house, and plenty of room across the 3 bedrooms for everyone. The house is conveniently located close to public beach parking, a local golf course (definitely recommend Nags Head Golf Links), and shopping. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Loved this house
We absolutely enjoyed this house! It had everything we needed, it was very clean and nicely decorated. We had no issues with anything. The house was centrally located to many great places to see. We will be renting this house again in the future.

We were very pleased with this rental. Everything was fresh and clean. The house sleeps 8, and we had a party of 4. More than enough room for everyone to spread out and to relax. Appreciated the well appointed kitchen -- since it was very difficult to eat out due to the extended wait times. Being positioned on the canal was great for fishing and kayaking. Having access to the community pool as an option was also a plus when we needed a break from the beach. Thank you, Christine!
