Located in the brand new Ocean Breeze community, Waves is a semi-oceanfront townhome that offers the perfect coastal getaway and is just a quick walk to the beach.  Situated in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, you'll never be far from it all.  Close to shopping, restaurants and attractions, there is something for everyone to enjoy while vising the OBX.

Newly constructed in 2024, Waves offers all of the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation to the beach.  The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and ample counter space, making it easy to prepare meals for the group. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, or take them outside to the private balcony and dine al fresco while enjoying the ocean breeze.  You'll also find two well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own private bath. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers two comfortable twin beds along with a trundle, making Waves perfect for families or couples traveling together.

Community Amenities: Waves guests have access to the Ocean Breeze Community amenities including:

Very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Convenient to beach. Could use chest of drawers in bedrooms and/or luggage racks. More hooks for towels. Loved it tho. Will return.

This townhouse is in an excellent location, it was clean, and had plenty of space for our family of four. The unit included very comfortable beds and a well finished kitchen. We've stayed in this area (within a couple of blocks) before and like the ability to walk to not only the beach but also a number of excellent restaurants. The pool was also great!
I would say the only thing that could be improved upon is adding a few comforts of home such as a dresser in the bedrooms and more than a single towel hook/bar in each bathroom.
Instructions were clear and easy, and communication with the host company, Coastal Carolina Vacations, was clear and received quick responses.
We would definitely stay at this unit again!

Week of the 4th of July
Unit was as advertised. Beautiful and brand new. Space was more than enough for 4 adults and 3 young children. Coffee maker did not work well, would be nice to have a keurig. The only cleaning supply was a broom that we found. A vacuum of some sort would be helpful. Washer dryer did not work well with washer pods. Close to the beach and beach access with a nice view from the top floor balcony and living room. Overall we had a great vacation and would stay again.
