Everything was amazing! We had an issue with the hot tub heating but it was fixed in a day or 2 and we were compensated. Everything was clean and the layout and supplied kitchen was great for our large family!

Loved the two levels! Very roomy…perfect for kids…pool and beach are definitely a plus! Maybe some upgrades on patio furniture but other than that…would definitely rent house again…also coastal Carolina is great to work with…prompt and personal! Thank you

Our recent stay at "Barefootin" was fantastic, exceeding expectations! Direct Beach Access - A Dream Come True!The location is simply unbeatable. Having direct, easy access to the pristine beach was a huge highlight. We spent countless hours enjoying the soft sand, collecting seashells, and watching the waves. The beach felt private and uncrowded, allowing for truly peaceful mornings and stunning sunrise strolls. It was incredibly convenient to walk straight from the house to the ocean without any fuss.Sparkling Pool Oasis - Our Private Paradise!When we weren't at the beach, the private pool was our go-to spot. It was impeccably clean, a perfect temperature, and large enough for both leisurely dips and some fun splashing around. Billiards & Game Room - Unexpected Fun!The addition of a dedicated billiards table was an absolute game-changer for our evenings! It provided hours of friendly competition and laughter, adding an extra layer of fun to our stay. Comfort & Amenities Beyond Expectation: The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, the bedrooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated, and the living spaces were inviting. Everything felt clean, organized, and thoughtfully prepared for guests.Activities: Close to multiple activities such as miniature golf, go karts, ice cream, donuts, golf, Wright Brothers memorial.

We had an incredible time! The house is gorgeous and beautifully kept. The common spaces were large enough for our family gathering and the bedrooms were very comfortable. We ordered cabana service which was fantastic! We had a local personal chef-Chef Nate Robinson come in and cook a special meal for us. It was such a memorable night!! Your communication was excellent and we loved how promptly you answered our inquiries. We highly recommend the house, rental service, cabana service and personal chef for anyone looking for an exceptional vacation experience.

This house was in a perfect location, lots of restaurants, golf, pickleball, shopping, etc. Coastal Carolina was wonderful to work with, speedy reply to any of our questions or concerns. Will plan on returning next year.

Beautiful house, very well stocked and tastefully decorated. The common areas are actually larger than they look in the photos! The beautiful yard by the road is so unique for an outer banks house and the color of the house makes it so easy to find. Coastal Carolina is a great realtor that responds so promptly with any concerns and their texting is such a great feature to keep renters informed.

Beautiful clean home, with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Very spacious and family friendly. Pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Secure gates around pool that kids cannot open. We had a great week ! Only complaint was slow Wi-Fi for streaming movies. But need to unplug anyways and enjoy the beach.
