Vacations are meant to escape to paradise and you can do just that at Sea Rest! This oceanfront home lets you relax on the sandy beach that is right in your backyard. Enjoy your morning coffee on the top-level sun deck or the dune top deck and watch the awesome sunrise over the ocean, listen to the waves and just relax. This home offers two floors of living space and bedrooms to comfortably accommodate your family. The top level serves as your main living space with an open floor plan where you can easily move from the kitchen to the dining room to the living room. Grab a quick breakfast bite at the kitchen island or plan a delicious family dinner in the well-equipped kitchen. The living room is the perfect spot to read a book or to watch your favorite movies together. When you are ready to unwind after your busy day at the beach or out sightseeing relax in the private hot tub on the lower level. 

Visiting the OBX: Sea Rest is close to major grocery stores, coffee shops, and great local restaurants, and many OBX attractions.  Everyone needs some Sea Rest and this is the perfect home for that.

Beach Access: Convenient private access to the beach from house.  Wooden walkway with private dune deck directly behind house.

Wonderful Long Weekend
Location Location Location! All we did was relax on this wonderful cottage on the beach! It had everything we needed, and we stayed in most of the time. We enjoyed the view, we went to local restaurants, we watched football. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic time
My family of four stayed for a week in late september and it was great! The views from the deck were incredible and the private entrance to the beach was great for us and my elderly mother who could not walk far.

Vacation with friends
It was so nice to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean and dolphins. The hot tub was nice and clean. There were a few good restaurants in the area that you could walk to if you wanted. Overall all really nice place?

Great Location - Overall As Expected
Overall we had a great time staying at Sea Rest. We had 5 adults and three small kids and the size of the house was great for us. Some updates are needed (some finicky faucets and other plumbing fixtures), beds are all noisy and loose, but good value overall for the rate we paid. Kitchen had almost everything we needed. Location was very convenient and close to shops and restaurants. Private access to the beach complete with outdoor shower was great.

Great spot.
Great location right next to the beach. Easy access to restaurants and attractions. The ymca passes were a nice bonus. Extended out stay by a day and the prices was easy and communication was good. Only negative was the pots and pans had been put away dirty and the deck had loose railing, loose deck boards and multiple people got splinters walking on it.

Perfect
We loved the location. Very peaceful and the beach wasn’t crowded. Great restaurants and one restaurant was across the street. About a two minute walk from the house. Other restaurants are within a 10-15 minute drive. Plenty of shopping close by.
