We really enjoyed our stay at South Fork Farms 6 in Nags Head. The house was so comfortable fir the whole family. The kitchen was well stocked and their was room in the cabinets for our items, such as bread, chips, etc! Carolina Coastal was very responsive to any needs thst arose. Most of those needs were just us learning the house, but Carolina Coastal was so quick to respond. We have stayed in OBX for Thanksgiving week for over 10 years and have never had the rental company cheerfully respond so quickly to our calls. Thank you Coastal Carolina for a wonderful vacation. We look forward to seeing you next year!!!

Great house, access to beach, pool, game room were enjoyed by all. For upstairs a larger swifter type mop to clean floor would be nice. Great place and we hope to be renting it next year.

Great House in the Perfect Location

The house was very clean and tidy upon arrival, and we were very happy with the overall look and layout of the house as advertised. Management was very responsive to sending maintenance out when we found a few issues, thankfully nothing major. Perfect location with a few minutes walk to the beach and able to watch the sunrise. If needing the same space in the future we will definitely book this house and management again.

We enjoyed staying in this house. The location was great and the ample parking was a plus. The whole family had a great time. The handle on the front door was loose and the handle on the balcony storm door kept falling off. The only suggestions I have are for some improved pots and pans. We cooked everyday and the pans were older and inadequate. The backyard also has no shade. It would have been used much more if there was shade. The canopy provided was rusted and hard to out up and down. The wind also played a factor

Our 7th stay here

Just had 2-week visit #7 at South Forks Farm 6, and it was perfect, as always (refer to first review in this series below). Still clean and well-maintained, and two new comfy chairs in great room are a welcome addition. It took a while to figure out how to use the new Roku TV system, so some written instructions would be helpful. Office staff and maintenance staff are friendly and knowledgeable, great to work with. Once more, a totally positive experience!

Family Getaway

The property was in the perfect location. It was right across the street from the beach and very close to grocery stores and restaurants. The backyard was a nice touch with a small grassy spot for cornhole and other games. The pool was cold for late September but the hot tub was perfect.

Our Favorite House

We have stated at South Fork Farms 6 several times. Its our favorite place to stay and returned here after staying elsewhere a few years. We enjoy the fenced in yard for pets, short walk to beach and shops and the view. This is the first time renting thru Coastal Carolina and it was the best experience yet. House was very clean, all our concerns were dealt with promptly and the staff is so friendly. We will be back!

Perfect location

A beautiful home steps from the beach. Very clean and comfortable. The first floor was the perfect remote space for working away from home while enjoying the relaxing beach setting. The elevator was a welcome relief for family with mobility needs. We would definitely stay again!

Nags Head Getaway

House was clean. Loved the boxed goodies for the kitchen and baths - nicer than what other rental companies provide. Appreciated the elevator for my disabled husband, and the fenced yard was convenient for my dog. Very short walk to beach. Living room furniture and bed mattresses were too soft for my group's liking, but that's a personal preference. Only real drawback were the TV remotes. Some were missing from bedrooms. Couldn't get TVs to work in some rooms. No binder of house information could be found.

Our 6th stay at this great house!

We love South Fork Farms 6, and have had six 2-week vacations here over the past few years. We’ve been coming to the OBX for over 30 years, and, especially since we’ve had a dog, this property has become a favorite. Coastal Carolina office and maintenance staff are among the friendliest, most responsive and helpful we’ve known here. The house is clean, spacious, and very well maintained, directly across the street from a great beach access that affords an ocean view from the top level. Also, it’s in a terrific neighborhood for food shopping, restaurants, and leisurely walks with or without your 4-legged friend! We highly recommend this house and working with Coastal Carolina.
