Built in 2023, Shelly Shores is the perfect golfer's paradise, nestled alongside the famous Nags Head Golf Links.  Enjoy your morning coffee on the multi-level decks while gazing at the luscious greenery and the golf course and end your day with your favorite beverage watching the sunset over the sound. After a fun-filled day at the beach or playing golf relax in your own hot tub located on the mid-level deck. The top level is where you can host all of your entertainment. A roomy and cozy great room with a TV and comfy seating for watching movies or favorite sports shows. The chef in your group will love the upscale and well-stocked kitchen and the open dining area gives everyone a spot to gather for those delicious meals and to plan for the next day's adventures. Step outside and enjoy the spacious sun deck and screened porch and relax in the sun or shade. The mid-level is where you'll find most of the sleeping quarters with a king en suite, a queen, and a room with two double beds, and on the top level, the main king en suite will give everyone a place for a restful evening so you can be refreshed and ready for another fun day on the Outer Banks. Fire up the grill and throw some burgers on for lunch and after a day at the beach rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower. Your family will think you scored a hole-in-one at Shelly Shores!

Exploring the Villages of Nags Head: Shelly Shores has access to The Village Beach Club amenities which offer an oceanfront pool, tennis courts, and private sound access. The Nags Head Golf Links is located on the soundside and are known to have the most beautiful holes along the sound in the eastern United States. Centrally located with easy access to local restaurants, excellent shops, Jockey's Ridge State Park, Jennette's Pier, the outlet shops and so many other outdoor attractions.
 
Beach Access: Just a quick drive to the beach!  Turn out of the driveway to the Baymeadow Drive traffic light to safely cross Highway 158.  Continue 1 block to the Village Beach Club access.

The house was amazing. Staff made it easy to stay another day. I would maybe ask cleaning staff to clean handles on cabinets and light switches on the walls. Also do a quick look through at the dishes and silverware, We had to wash many dishes because they were put away dirty. The knives all have some sort of dirt or rust on them, we avoided those al together. Maybe add a larger soap dispenser for renters to use. Also another set of kitchen towels would have been helpful. We had an amazing time. Until next year.

Awesome location. House felt brand new. Great sunsets from the deck or walk across the golf course & watch on the sound. The beach club access & beach parking was a huge bonus. 5 stars all around.

Amazing Home!
I stayed here for a week, and I was extremely impressed with the size, layout, and condition of this home. Nestled in a quiet area along the sound, this home has the most beautiful sunsets I have ever seen in OBX. HUGE bonus having access to the Village Beach Club just across the highway. Also, there are simply too many wonderful bars, restaurants, and fresh fish markets around here to count. I cannot wait to get back to this house!!!

An exceptional home!
Our family stayed at Shelly Shores and had a wonderful OBX vacation. There was plenty of room for the five of us, every amenity was available, and the hot tub was perfect! The screened in porch was perfect for eating messy crabs and access to the Beach Club made enjoying the ocean all that much better. Proximity to the golf course is perfect for golfers and the neighborhood roads are safe for walking. You can walk to the sound for fishing and kayaking too! We recommend the Black Pelican and Mulligans for great food and the perfect beach ambiance and Whalebone for all your crab, fish and scallop needs. The grill was great for cooking all the fish we ate! We had a wonderful week away and will be returning in the future for sure! Thank you Shelly Family!
