We had an amazing time. The house was spotless, feels extremely new, and looks exactly like the photos. The elevator was very high quality and easy to use, which is a fantastic convenience and also great accessibility feature for anyone who struggles with steps. Self check-in was easy, and Coastal Carolina was proactive with all instructions. Getting to the beach is an easy walk and if you prefer, there is also a nice drop-off zone at the beach entrance. Parking at the house was great because of the double carport. Wall-mounted TVs and spacious balconies are abundant. The cherry on top was being able to charge our Tesla in the carport.
I highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful Beach Getaway!
We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful beach house! The home is spacious, spotless, and truly feels like a private retreat. One of the highlights was definitely the private pool—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
The location couldn’t be better. It’s just a short walk to the beach, the pier, and plenty of great restaurants. Everything you need is within walking distance, yet the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet.
We loved every moment of our stay and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient beach getaway!

This is a newer home, house has everything you need. All communication was through an agency. I assume directly booking with the agency might save you money. Overall a great couple of days in a prestige location!

LR furniture a problem. One leg kept falling off one the sofas. Recommend replacing with one sofa facing tv with two side chairs or two love seats. Also ditch carpet. Inadequate dishware. No serving bowl. No platter. Otherwise, very nice unit. Very clean. Well maintained. Overall, very satisfied.

Ocean Breeze is a beautiful home with beautiful views of the ocean. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the ramp to a nice beachfront seating area. The elevator was a big plus and the pool was nice to cool off in after a day in the sun.

This house is beautiful! This house was well maintained. The bedrooms are large and the living space was perfect. The elevator was a bonus it helped get my mother up and down and helped us not have to carry all our groceries up 2 flights of stairs. The pool is a little small but honestly we used it more to relax in and let my daughter play in after a day at the beach since it's so close. The other added bonus was the restaurant right behind the house, it was easy just to walk too for a quick lunch to get back to the beach. The only downside to this house is also the restaurant, it has a large spot light on top of the building that unless you keep your blinds closed it shines right through the one bedroom window and the kitchen window in the morning. But that has more to do with the sunrise. Last added bonus. There is a duck donuts right around the corner! Over all would stay again next time we come to the OBX.

It was our first time in OBX, and our stay here was amazing! The pool was clean, and we were a short walking distance from the beach! Would definitely book again, and recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house looks exactly like the photos. The beach access is only a block up the street and there’s a great restaurant right behind the house. We wish the pool was a bit larger and not tucked so far under the porch but it was still great to have. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was perfect! The pictures were worth a 1,00O words… Coastal Carolina Vacations was more than accomodating. We booked very early on a Sunday morning due to plan changes and miscommunications! They had the house ready for us in a few hours, earlier than the 4:00 pm check in time! Had a great experience, would book thru them again without hesitation Awesome experience!

We just returned and were so sad to leave this amazing home!! This hone was absolutely more than we expected! It is a beautiful home with all the extra things you like to have while on vacation! The rooms were spacious and appealing, the view was magnificent and the proximity to the public access beach was wonderful. I have some trouble walking so the elevator was a giant plus. Then to find that the beach access was also designed so the handicap can enjoy the beach as well was a big surprise. Our visit was wonderful and hope to be able to visit again! Thank you for sharing this amazing home with us!
