⭐ 4.5 out of 5 stars I would love to give this house 4.5 stars out of 5. This was by far the cleanest house we’ve rented in our 8 years of vacationing. Everything was spotless — no dust anywhere, fresh linens, and even the pool area was immaculate. Usually pools at rentals have some bugs and cobwebs, but not here. The whole property felt well-maintained and cared for. The layout worked perfectly for our group of 5 adults and 1 toddler. There are 4 bedrooms: one king on the top level, a queen on the mid-level, a queen bedroom connected via Jack-and-Jill bathroom to a bunk room. All of the beds had new, very comfortable mattresses, which made a big difference after long vacation days. The location is fantastic — there are two beach access points just across the street, so it’s basically a short walk to the sand. That convenience was a big plus, especially with a toddler in tow. The amenities were good overall. The kitchen was well-equipped, but we would have liked a few more serving pans and baking dishes (Pyrex) for cooking bigger meals. WiFi was okay, averaging about 15 mb/s, which was fine for browsing and streaming, though it occasionally felt spotty. Each room had a Roku TV, which worked well, but note that there’s no cable (fine for the younger people in our group but the older people struggled with only app streaming). A small improvement would be mounting the TVs on the walls to free up space in the bedrooms (note that the tv was wall mounted in the bunk room). Check-in with the host (Coastal Carolina) was a breeze — smooth, friendly communication that made everything easy. Overall, this home offered comfort, cleanliness, and location that are hard to beat. With just a couple small tweaks (better WiFi, more stocked kitchen items, wall-mounted TVs), it would be a solid 5-star rental. We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.

irst, it was an amazing experience. The house is gorgeous. It’s in a great location. I love that. The pool is saltwater and I thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. I also appreciated the host and how he responded to my questions during the trip One bit, there was a lot of loud construction going on next-door that started on Wednesday and made the pool and hot tub very difficult to enjoy as it was very loud and smelly (diesel generators). and I understand that the host has no control over. I’m just noting since it was very unpleasant.

This was our third stay at this property. Appreciated the upgrade in furniture and refrigerator. As usual, not even one problem during our stay. Owners, the Vesses are first class people, recognizing that we are return renters and having a gift basket delivered to us our last two times. Such a nice touch!

We had a great stay and the house was better than expected for the price. Truly one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed and when we had a problem with our door code they sent someone out immediately. We were very pleased with our stay!

Great location, great house and attentive host!
The house was very clean and had everything my family needed for our stay. There were multiple beach accesses to choose from and the house is within walking distance to a gas station and souvenir shop, which was great! Would recommend this house!
