We enjoyed ourselves extremely well and when we arrived through house was cleaner then we have ever seen it! There were no major issues during the whole week but we did note some things that needed repair. Thanks for making things easy to communicate and check in and check out were a breeze. Here are some items we noticed: 1. Kitchen Stove has two burners not working and other two were lopsided. 2. The dishwasher connections to the wall have come loose and it rolls out from under the countertop when the door is pulled down. 3. Living room wall outlet on the elevator wall, too connection has a short and operates erratically. 4. The toilet in the bathroom of the queen size bedroom on the second floor is difficult to flush and often the tank lid has to be removed to manipulate the float mechanism so it will engage. 5. Master bedroom 3rd floor....the bathroom toilet seat is broken on left side. 6. The TV selection need to include local channels for up-to-date news and weather. Service was interrupted twice by outages during the week on the internet connection. 7. We've rented 4 years in a row and the living room furniture seems to be deteriorating and aging more each summer that we come. Thanks again for having a well decorated and stocked home that is in such a great location on the Outer Banks! Overall we continue to be pleased and appreciate the upgrades we have noticed through the years. Thank you!

We had a great stay and the house was better than expected for the price. Truly one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed and when we had a problem with our door code they sent someone out immediately. We were very pleased with our stay!

Great location, great house and attentive host!
The house was very clean and had everything my family needed for our stay. There were multiple beach accesses to choose from and the house is within walking distance to a gas station and souvenir shop, which was great! Would recommend this house!
