Just a few streets away from the beach, you’ll have your toes in the sand in minutes. Whether you’re lounging at the house or soaking up the sun by the waves, you’re in the perfect spot. The location is unbeatable—close to shopping, dining, and iconic attractions like the Wright Brothers Memorial and Avalon Fishing Pier, ensuring endless activities for the whole family on your Outer Banks vacation.
Inside, the open and airy living room flows into the outdoor deck, perfect for relaxing in the sun or savoring your morning coffee while curled up with a good book in one of the Adirondack chairs. The updated kitchen comes fully equipped with all the appliances and cookware you need to prepare meals anytime you like. After a day of exploring the OBX, retreat to one of the cozy queen bedrooms, each furnished with beach-inspired décor and offering plenty of space to unwind. And if you're not quite ready to head indoors, head to the carport beneath the house where you'll find ample seating and one of two gas firepits to enjoy under the stars!
Beach Access: Conveniently located close to the beach! Head east out of the driveway and towards the end of Greensboro Street. Head north on New Bern Street and then east on E. Avalon Street. Cross NC-12 at the designated crosswalk to access the beach at Avalon Pier. You can also head south on New Bern Street and access the beach using the Fifth Street beach access where there is a paved parking lot behind the Target and a lifeguard stand (in-season only).
