A quick stroll takes you straight to the Atlantic Ocean, where the sound of crashing waves and endless blue horizons await. Craving seafood? Awful Arthur's Oyster Bar is your friendly neighborhood option, just steps away. Feeling like reeling in a big one? The Avalon Fishing Pier is also close by, promising exciting fishing adventures.

After a day of beachside fun, unwind in the comfort of Lunar Tide. This cozy home caters to both you and your furry companion. Whether it's curling up on the couch for movie nights or enjoying barbecues on the patio (furry friend leash optional!), Lunar Tide ensures a relaxing and memorable stay for everyone.

Beach Access: Conveniently located close to the beach. Head east out of the driveway and towards the end of Sportsman Drive.  Cross NC-12 at the designated crosswalk to access the beach at Avalon Pier.

Overall great week! Communication and response time was top notch and overall good stay we had an issue with the HVAC system but they did come check on it promptly a few other minor issues that need repairs that we reported to maintenance when they were there but they didn’t really effect us any. Location great and friendly neighborhood. Convenient to many things. Fenced yard was great for pup except for the sand spurs

We also appreciate you reporting the other minor repairs — I’ll follow up with maintenance to make sure those are completed. Happy to hear the fenced yard worked well for your pup; we’ll look into options to address the sand spur problem, unfortunately, they are local to the area and can be difficult to get rid of. The house was clean and the host responsive. the beach house is at a walkable distance to a beach access which was great! We would have love to have more amenities (more things available in the kitchen and bathroom or for the beach) but it was exactly how it was described so no surprise there. Also the host was very kind and allowed us to get a late check-out.

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. Fenced yard was perfect for the dog! Just a few houses down from the beach!
