We have coming to the Outer Banks for the past 12 years as summer vacation with our kids and grandkids. This is the first year we came alone, it was wonderful! The condo was so much more than the photos showed. It was so comfortable and had everything you could possible need during the stay. I didn't want to come home after 11 days, I could live there forever.

This condo was exactly as shown in the pictures. I have never rented a place in OBX that had everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, including a tube pan to bake a cake; and all new or in perfect condition. It was beautiful and comfortable. I didn't want to leave after 11 days? the dine in front of the deck was a little high for me, I couldn't see the waves crashing but I could see the ocean.

This is a beautiful condo. The bedrooms are all a good size. Kitchen is well stocked. The patio is large with lots of seating for enjoying views of the oceans and the marvelous breeze. This is our second year there and we have already booked for 2025.

The Condo was clean and as described. The deck is large and very nice. Inside has plenty of space for people to spread out. My only negative comment was the trash pick-up at 3:30am 3 times during the week, very loud. May not be in the Owners control.

The condo was really great. Very clean. The beds were comfortable furniture looked great. The kitchen was great also. Loved the deck. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay at. Wished the weather was better. It didn’t stop us. We had a wonderful time.

Very happy with the condo. A large living space with everything we needed. Updated bathrooms and kitchen. Good location. The only criticism was that the lock was tricky to operate.

We had never been to Outer Banks. Weather was perfect & condo was perfect location to see it all. Very comfortable condo with well stocked kitchen. We left a day early due to changing weather. The outside of the condo looked weathered, but the inside had been updated!

This is the 4th time we have been to OBX and this was the best condo so far. It is a large 3 bed condo with an open family room and kitchen area. The kitchen is well supplied. Newer appliances and very clean. The large balcony has a beautiful view of the ocean. The hurricane the week before did push sand over the steps to the beach but that was fixed well enough to have easy access to the beach. This is a beautiful condo to spend your vacation. Very comfortable. We hated to leave. We will be back!

We could not have had a better experience. We were there the week before Hurricane Ian and the property manager was immediately responsive to our questions about the condo history regarding flooding etc. we eventually left early to avoid any weather issues despite no history of flooding at this site. If we come again I might choose to stay on the third floor for an even better view over the dunes but there was a nice view of the surf from the huge balcony. Thanks to the owners and property management.

This was the perfect condo for two families of four to spend a week at Nags head. The location was very convenient to grocery shopping and fun activities for kids and adults. Beach access was easy and kids really enjoyed being able to break from the beach/ocean and swim in the pool. I hope to stay here again.

This condo is much larger than it looks in pictures, and is perfectly equipped with state of the art kitchen appliances and everything one might need to cook and serve a large family- which we did. The view of the beach is spectacular. We didn’t want to leave!

Storm from the previous week made the pool area and walkway a mess. Was never fixed the entire week we stayed. I understand that storms can’t be helped but I really feel that some of our money should be refunded for not getting exactly what we paid for. The condo on the inside was very nice and spacious. Master shower had some mold that needs addressed. We enjoyed our stay even with the few problems.

We only manage this particular unit so are unable to address issues with the building or grounds, but we have reached out to the association management company about the walkway & pool area and they are aware of the issues and are working to resolve them as soon as they are able. Our teams will be taking care of the master bathroom. We're glad to hear you enjoyed your stay despite the bad weather!
