Tutters Two: Beautiful Oceanfront condo in Kill Devil Hills with fantastic ocean views and access to the community pool and beach access.

Tutters Two is the perfect oceanfront condo for your getaway to the OBX. Imagine sitting on your private oceanfront deck watching the sunrise and maybe even spotting a dolphin swim by. This  2 bedroom condo offers a queen en-suite, a pyramid bunk bed, a sleep sofa in the living area, and a wheelchair-accessible bathroom with a roll-in shower and wider doorways. The kitchen has all the items a gourmet chef would need to prepare a meal and the dining area has ample seating for 6 and everyone can enjoy their favorite movies or sports shows in the comfortable living area. 

Community Amenities: First Flight Retreat 216 guests have access to the First Flight Retreat Community amenities including:

  • Oceanfront deck and boardwalk to the beach

Perfect space for a quick anniversary getaway! Amazing views of the ocean with a wonderful balcony sitting area. I really enjoyed being able to see the ocean from inside the living room while sitting on the couch.

Nice place - very accessible for family with young child in wheelchair. Bedrooms are small (not really room for chair in there so transfers of heavier individuals may be tricky. Overall great place!

Perfect size place for a family of four at a great price and in a great location! Comfortable and well kept. Has a good sized deck with a wonderful view which was great for sunrises and watching pods of dolphins swim by.

Awesome experience from the search for a place, to completing the reservation, to the check in process, to the unit itself and all the amenities. Even had a slight hiccup with the Internet and you provided an alternate very quickly. A special shout-out to Everett Fifefield who provided amazing service through the entire process. He went beyond what I would expect in assisting us, providing information about the area. Also Bo, the Tech who got our temporary internet going. I dealt with many rental agencies over the years and Coastal Carolina is at the very top of my list.

216 Needed Attention
We had numerous issues with this condo, starting with problems of the air conditioner (no central air; they had to put in individual units), electrical, and overall cleanliness. We were encouraged by Coastal Carolina’s prompt response. Frustrating when you pay good money and have to be your own advocate in getting the place fixed. I plan hopefully to come back because it has a shower that accommodates me.

We completely understand your frustration and appreciate your patience as we worked through the items needing to be addressed, including the replacement of the HVAC unit. Great location
Great location. Beautiful ocean views once you walk into condo. Nice pool area and beach was easily accessible. Convenient having an elevator and washer/dryer. Cleanliness was ok. Kitchen cupboards, etc were sticky but overall was fine.

Great Condo Great Location
This was the perfect place for a family of 5. The sunrise in the morning was amazing. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes. I would stay here again.

Great stay

Tutter Two
Condo was very clean. The location was quiet and building was very well maintained. We did go on off season, but the private beach entrance and the elevator was a must for us. We got to enjoy the view and we were within 2-4 miles from shopping and restaurants.

Relaxing Valentine's Week Getaway
Enjoyed our week at Tutter's 2. It was very comfortable and well equipped. It was lovely to watch the sunrise and sunset over the ocean each morning. The location is close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Tutters Two was exactly as shown on on the site. The balcony was wonderful to watch the sunrise and sunset and listen to the ocean. The home had all the amenities that we needed. We are looking forward to a future stay at Tutters Two!

Great Views
Great place to stay, Great views from the Covered Balcony. Needs to have instructions for how to operate the TV's and appliances as well as there were no access codes for the common areas.

Beautiful view
We enjoyed staying in this condo for a long weekend. The views are beautiful and there are a few places to eat in walking distance. This is the second time we have stayed at this condominium and will return!

We really enjoyed this property. Overall the condo was clean. We only used the kitchen for coffee so not sure how well equipped it was for cooking. Views are wonderful, balcony furniture durable and high which made the view more enjoyable. Would definitely stay in this unit again.
