The condo was lovely but sofas very tired. We found we couldnt sit in because of no back support but other than that, very nice & only mention sofas so if any others like ourselves use it, you are aware

It is a very nice condo & Beds were very comfortable but the two sofas are uncomfortable. Hurt our backs to sit on because the support is gone in them. Very uncomfortable. But overall the place is lovely

We had absolutely wonderful time at the condo. Place is very specious. Perfect for family vacation. The only thing I would suggest is maybe a blow dryer in each bathroom. Thank you for hosting us. We will be back.

Great location and place. The condo was very clean, spacious and private. We loved 2 master bedrooms. It gave 2 families their own space. Beach was on site and pool was great. The only thing I would add is putting hair dryer in each bathrooms. Also since we were from Florida, where restaurants are open 7 days a week, we did not know that most of the restaurants are closed on Sundays. It was difficult to find place to get dinner on Sunday. Maybe posting a note somewhere to alert guests.
Other than that, we loved the place. We will definitely return. Thank you.

My family and I have stayed at CSC numerous times over the years, so we have a good reference point. Overall, the unit was in good shape for a pet friendly unit. Issues of note: The master bedroom door is not properly lined up, so the door can’t be locked and can easily be pushed open. The master shower nozzle can’t be adjusted and sprays very wide, so it’s difficult to get the soap rinsed from your hair. And finally, the furniture in the upstairs bedroom seems to be leftovers and very mismatched. Facility wise: The elevators need some work. One only worked part of the time and the lights went out completely when we were in it, which was a bit scary. My daughter refused to get in them after, so she used the stairs. Beach wise: I’m not loving the new rentals on the beach, because they setup right in front of the condos, which makes those of us that bring our own supplies to have to carry them much farther.

Hi Jale, thank you for your review. we have shared it with our owners and they will be looking into things this off season. We were sorry to hear about the elevator. While the building does have 3 elevators, we can understand the difficulty when the one closest to you wasn't working. The HOA was able to work with the elevator company to get it up and running after they were able to get a part that was on back order. We are happy you enjoyed your stay overall and we look forward to hosting your next stay.

Good sized apartment, good pool, and wonderful beach access. Booking process and everything else was seamless. Minor nit - the checking instructions clearly said that we had to enter the "#" sign along with the number to enter - that didn't work. Our curious kids simply put the number in, and it worked!

This condo association has indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, ocean views, and is convenient to shopping and sightseeing! Located oceanfront in Kill Devil Hills near The Wright Brothers Memorial National Park, the location is convenient to great restaurants, food supermarkets and shopping. Luxuriously appointed with beach themed decorations, hardwood and tile flooring, granite countertops, a well appointed kitchen, and private baths for each bedroom, you’ll be sure to enjoy your stay here!

CSC3E is well stocked, and comfortable, with plenty of seating and extra cots for extra guests. The location is ideal and the amenities are ideal for a sunny or a rainy day. There is a top off living room deck ocean view and a short walk to the stairs or elevator for ocean/pool/gym access. Will return soon.

Nice place. Few things here and there but nothing that wouldn't cause me to not stay there again. Pictures online show bunk beds in room on main floor we were alittle surprised when it was single beds as we had planned for kids to sleep on bunk beds but no big deal we worked with it. It's location is great, enjoyed being able to walk out on the ocean.
