Step inside and discover a haven designed for relaxation and entertainment. The expansive layout offers plenty of space for families and groups to gather and create lasting memories. Curl up on the comfortable sofas in the living area, or enjoy some time in the newly built screened porch, equipped with a TV and seating which was thoughtfully designed to allow for guests to enjoy the peaceful location right on the sound. Prepare meals any time of the day in the well-equipped kitchen, all while never missing the opportunity to catch a glimpse of the water.  Looking to take the fun outside? Enjoy the large pool out in the back of the house (heat can be added for an additional fee seasonally) or soak away stress in the hot tub.

After a day exploring the Outer Banks' charm, retreat to one of the five inviting bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing night sleep.  The fifth bedroom is located in its own apartment above the garage, fully equipped with a private bathroom, kitchenette and is only accessible from inside the main house perfect for a couple in the group.  Challenge your friends and family to a game of pool or foosball in the rec room, or simply relax and take in the amazing water views. Sunset Paradise
We were so happy with our stay and this rental exceeded all expectations! The private pool deck and screened porch is such a relaxing place to spend time as a family. The two master suites were both very spacious and luxurious. The upstairs has a lovely sitting area with a beautiful wall of windows and a glass door patio opening up for an amazing view of the sunset. Also, we loved the pool table and game room for hangout time. The neighborhood has many amenities, easy access to the Harris Teeter for groceries, and a fun trolley to take you to the beach! We will definitely be back to OBX RAYS!
