Celebrating 4 Years and a National Award for Coastal Carolina Vacations 

This month marks a milestone we’ll never forget. As we celebrate four years in business, Coastal Carolina Vacations is proud and humbled to share that we’ve been named 2025 VRMA Property Management Company of the Year by the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA), the leading professional trade organization for the short-term vacation rental industry. The award was presented at the VRMA International Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, the largest annual gathering of vacation rental professionals in the world. Each year, VRMA recognizes a select group of companies who set the bar for innovation, hospitality, leadership, and excellence in vacation rental management. Being chosen for this honor is not just a recognition of what we do, but how we do it - with heart, teamwork, and a commitment to the community we’re proud to call home. 

A Moment to Remember 

One of the most meaningful parts of this moment was sharing it together as a team. Ten members of the Coastal Carolina Vacations team traveled to Las Vegas for the conference, where we spent the week learning from industry leaders, connecting with peers from across the country, and representing the Outer Banks on a national stage. When our name was called and we walked up to accept the award, it was more than a proud moment for our company. It was a celebration of everything and everyone who helped build it.

This national recognition shines a spotlight on the Outer Banks and the local, people-first approach that sets Coastal Carolina Vacations apart.

In just four years, Coastal Carolina Vacations has grown from a small, local start-up to a nationally recognized leader in vacation rental management, all while staying rooted right here in the Outer Banks. We’ve expanded our portfolio of homes, welcomed thousands of guests, strengthened partnerships with our homeowners, and built a team that loves what they do. This award affirms that local voices, local service, and local heart truly make an impact - even on the national stage.

Looking Ahead 

While this award is an incredible honor, it’s also a reminder of what matters most: the people and the place we call home. We’re proud to represent the Outer Banks nationally, and even prouder to keep growing right here, where it all began.
