Nice to have two complete living areas so the teenage boys had a place to hang out other than their room. Nice to have 3 full sized refrigerators with 2 being on main level also 2 dishwashers. Had a few issues when we arrived but were taken care of right away without hesitation. Trey came out to fix ice machine but while there we noticed another problem which he took care of while there. Costal Carolina OBX was wonderful to work with and will definitely rent with them again. We found the home clean and the kitchen was stocked with what we needed as far as cooking a large meal. Why 4 stars, negative was pots and pans could use an update. The house was ready before the check in time and was appropriately cleaned and ready for us to move in. The kitchen was adequately stocked and the 3 refrigerators were a plus. I would recommend this property and would rent again. Coastal Carolina was very responsive to any and all questions that I asked.
