It was tightened during our stay but it became loose again before we left. Everything else was great! - Wendy Posted on 10/12/2026 ### (5/5 stars) Very beautiful home! Housekeeping could have done a better job. We found trash under the beds and the floors and counter tops were not cleaned very well. Loved the layout of the home and all the things to do. I would definitely rent it again! - Kay J. Posted on 9/26/2026 ### (5/5 stars) Hotel California is a beautiful and very well maintained beach house. We will definitely be coming back for years to come. - Barbara Posted on 8/1/2026 ### (5/5 stars) We enjoyed the heater pool and the proximity to the beach. - Richard Posted on 4/7/2026 ### (5/5 stars) As always. Hotel California meets our needs perfectly. - Debora Posted on 11/8/2025 ### (5/5 stars) Excellent stay. Very clean property, efficient communication. We would love to stay again. - Charyetta H. Posted on 10/13/2025 ### (5/5 stars) Our stay was absolutely perfect in every way! - Linda Posted on 9/13/2025 ### (5/5 stars) Great rental company - Christy A. Posted on 9/9/2025 ### (5/5 stars) Our two families had a wonderful time again this year. Sadly it was our last time. As our children get older and college and jobs are part of the picture, it is harder for everyone to get together. As to the house, it is wonderfully stocked and ready for a large group to just settle in. All of us enjoyed the pool, especially because we couldn’t surf due to weather. We have dozens of photos from over the years and we will always cherish the memories made at Hotel California. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! - Holley Posted on 8/19/2025 ### (5/5 stars) House is beautiful and was very clean. First time coming "in season" so sticker shock was real BUT we had 2 weeks of fabulous weather and I have the peeling skin to prove it. Already booked for same 2 weeks next year. We had no problems. - Barbara Posted on 8/3/2025 ### 5-Stars (5/5 stars) Second year here - we love the house. The addition of the gazebo and sitting area by the pool a fantastic addition!!! - Lucille K Posted on 7/14/2025 ### (5/5 stars) Same as last year we loved our stay at Hotel California! We are booked for 2026. We loved the addition of the gazebo/sitting area at the pool. Only request seat cushions for the porch and dining room chairs!!! Thank you - Lucille Posted on 7/12/2025 ### (5/5 stars) Love the house and dealing with Coastal Carolina. Thank you again. - Trina Posted on 7/5/2025 ### (3/5 stars) Ok except for the rainy days & running out of propane for grill which was very disappointing , as we had burgers & franks on grill half cooked when the tank ran dry. Suggest checking out the tank or assure full tank available following the prior guest's check out . - Harold Posted on 5/31/2025 ### Weekend Getaway (5/5 stars) My friends and I rented Hotel California for a weekend golf tournament. The house and amenities were unbelievable! We’ll definitely rent again next year! - David Posted on 4/10/2025 ### Spectacular vacation/location (5/5 stars) Our family has made sooo many wonderful memories in this home/ they look forward to it every summer! Thank you for sharing this gorgeous place with us- great location, walk across the street to what feels like a storybook walk down the path, through the trees to the beach- great local restaurants- feels so private because the houses are not on top of each other cookie cutter style. We can’t wait to come back! - Lisa K Posted on 3/11/2025 ### (5/5 stars) Wonderful stay and thanks for being so responsive. - Cedric Posted on 1/9/2025 ### (5/5 stars) Outstanding cleanliness and amenities provided. Perfect for 9 adults. - Donald Posted on 12/28/2024 ### Christmas 2024 (5/5 stars) Elaborate house, well appotioned for a group of 9 or more. Large dining room and table for our rntire group. Two kitchen refrigerators were helpful. The icemakers were a wonderful surprise. Plenty of room to hide out, as is necessary at times. - Donald Posted on 12/28/2024 ### House was perfect (5/5 stars) This house is great for a stay! Comfortable, quiet, clean, well stocked , great layout for families- each had plenty of their own space. The pool and hot tub were great. Location is perfect. Coastal Carolina was great to deal with. Thanks for a great week in the OBX! - Anonymous U Posted on 6/19/2023 ### Awesome place (5/5 stars) We loved the house !!! The location is perfect close to the ocean public access as well as major stores. The house was extremely well stocked with everything that you would need. Pool was used everyday sometimes twice.
