We absolutely loved the theater. The rooms had plenty of closet space and drawers. The kitchen was fully stocked but still had enough room for us to put our groceries away. Two dishwashers made clean up fast and easy. The hot tub was very nice. There was so much space. We loved it. - Karla Q. Posted on 10/10/2026 ### (5/5 stars) This house was fantastic! We loved the movie theater. The hot tub was awesome too. Everything was perfect. - Karla Posted on 10/10/2026 ### (5/5 stars) Very nice house, - leydi Posted on 8/31/2026 ### (5/5 stars) Had everything we needed for a 6 day trip. Very responsive to any issues we had, which were minimal. I would stay again. - Michael Posted on 8/26/2026 ### (5/5 stars) The Coastal Carolina staff was amazing and responsive! - Staci Posted on 8/1/2026 ### (5/5 stars) Our family group of 20 had space to eat, plenty of dishes and cookware, separate areas for different activities but still the one big gathering area in the living room- dining room area. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable, and the beach was accessible from a longish boardwalk, no crossing streets necessary. The ocean was visible in a few spots, between some houses. The media room has 18 theater seats, very nice for a movie. I hope they will replace some of the double beds with queen size- some of the mattresses are ready to be replaced, and it is hard for us to sleep 2 in a double. We had a few minor issues with the property, and the management resolved them quickly. I would have appreciated a sidewalk or at least more cleared area near the street, as it is a pretty busy road. It was good to be a SHORT drive away from several grocery stores. - Carol Posted on 7/18/2026 ### (4/5 stars) This is our 2nd year staying at Sea You Soon. We are a rather large family (including elders). The house itself is a good fit for the amount of people we have and there are several amenities that are a must which includes walk-in showers and an elevator. We also love that the house is pet-friendly and within everyone's budget. We all really like the location to everything and the proximity to the beach. The Elders really love that they could see the ocean from several higher decks. The Cons: The house needs some love and several things fixed. It would be so nice to come back to this house and see some updates. Other than that we clearly like the house seeing its our 2nd time renting it. - Ginger Posted on 6/29/2026 ### (5/5 stars) This was a wonderful family reunion location! Our first impression was just the dirty garage floor - but the rest of the property was great. We especially enjoyed the long table to gather at for meals. - Ellen Posted on 6/23/2026 ### (5/5 stars) The property was great! Great communication before, during and after our stay. Easy access to the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. - Margaret Posted on 3/17/2026 ### (4/5 stars) We really enjoyed the home - Jovas Posted on 2/23/2026 ### (5/5 stars) We loved our stay! We extended due to the snow storm and they were so lovely and accommodating for us. Highly recommend. - Laura Posted on 1/28/2026 ### (5/5 stars) Very well kept house. Love the layout. The living was very comfortable. Loved the bathroom per room. Will definitely stay and tell people about this house. - Clarence Posted on 1/4/2026 ### (5/5 stars) Quick trip down to OBX for a long weekend after the busy summer season. Luckily even with some bad weather, the amenities of the house were top notch. The movie theater room, poker table, pool table, all were extensively used and every room was comfortable and private. Would definitely recommend and would visit again. - Taylor Posted on 10/13/2025 ### (5/5 stars) It was wonderful and had a great time! - Megan Posted on 10/8/2025 ### (5/5 stars) We were on our way to a different home when the suddenly cancelled on us very last minute. We found this house available 4 hours before we were to check in and they were able to accommodate us and were immediately responsive and helpful. We are very grateful. House was beautiful and pretty short walk to the beach - Becca Posted on 9/17/2025 ### (5/5 stars) My entire family loved this house! So much that have already booked it for next summer! - Susan Posted on 7/13/2025 ### Shaffer sisters and families (5/5 stars) this is a great house. Beach is close enough to enjoy the walk. Could walk to the Run Down Cafe in the a.m. for bloody marys. Cross the street to Steamers, and Walgreens. Pool just great. Only drawback is the traffic noise. If you can get past that, you will do well. As my nephew said "quit your whining". Property management were a joy. - Patricia Posted on 7/6/2025 ### (5/5 stars) This home was just perfect for our large family. Everyone got their own bedroom and bath with the exception of the kids who shared a bath. There aren’t a ton of steps the way it is laid out. I feel like it had a very good layout. The house was clean and it was an easy walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our week together and would consider staying in this house again the next time we visit. - Terry Posted on 5/31/2025 ### Perfect for a Large Group (5/5 stars) We had 12 adults and were very comfortable. Loved dining table that seated 16. Great support from Coastal Carolina folks. - Bob Posted on 4/15/2025 ### Great place for golf get away (5/5 stars) Place was well maintained and perfect spot for getting to locations we were visiting. In summer could be an issue with traffic and noise as house is right on rte 12. - Andy Posted on 4/9/2025 ### (5/5 stars) Absolutely excellent house and excellent location - Terry Posted on 4/9/2025 ### (4/5 stars) Very good only issue was lack of cookware in kitchen. Did call end effort was made to accommodate. Really need an omelet size fry pan and another sauté pan. - Andy Posted on 3/29/2025 ### (5/5 stars) The house is dated and needed some repairs, but your team promptly took care of the issues. Every time we called the staff was caring an efficient. - John Posted on 9/25/2024 ### Birthday Celebration (5/5 stars) All I wanted for my 80th Birthday was to be with family. We had 16 people in the house and although the weather was cool and windy we had a fabulous time. - John Posted on 9/16/2024
