Host responded to all questions immediately. Highly recommend! - Kelly Posted on 8/9/2026 ### (5/5 stars) 16th house we have stayed in at OBX. One of the best! - terrie f. Posted on 8/3/2026 ### (5/5 stars) Home was beautiful and just as pictured in the listing. Very clean throughout the home. We loved the location as well as the many porches around the house. Pool was clean and well serviced. Only critique would be the cookware. Pans are pretty scuffed up so a lot of things stuck to them when cooking. LOVED having 3 refrigerators, which made life so much easier with 4 families staying there. Excellent host and communication. - Mark Posted on 7/14/2026 ### (5/5 stars) The property was in good shape overall. There were a few minor issues. They were addressed promptly. No complaints - Paul Posted on 9/2/2025 ### (4/5 stars) House was great for our big family! Close to the beach, lots of fridge space, lots of lounge space. - Natalie Posted on 8/23/2025 ### (5/5 stars) We really enjoyed our stay at Heaven Sent. We had a large group with all ages. The house was very accommodating for our group. The 3 refrigerators on the top level were very convenient. We had an issue with the air conditioning at the beginning of our stay. Within hours of calling, a tech was there to fix it. We would definitely stay there again! - Melissa Posted on 7/26/2025 ### (5/5 stars) Great house!
