The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever stayed in in OBX, with everything you’d need for any food prep or cooking! The pool and hot tub area is great for a small family. The lawn area could use some improvement. The woman that cleans and maintains the outdoor area was helpful and friendly, as she was there shortly after we arrived because we checked in early. Our keypad was glitching on our first evening but maintenance came out the next morning to make sure it was working better, replacing the batteries and even rewired the tv in the tv room because it wasn’t working correctly. He was also friendly and very helpful! It was beautiful home, conveniently located in the middle of Nags head with easy access to the beach! It was spacious and the kitchen had everything you needed for cooking utensils and equipment. We loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom. The pool and hot tub were clean and the elevator was very convenient for us. The folks at Coastal Carolina were very responsive when we had an issue with the elevator and ran out of propane. They came promptly and remedied both situations to our satisfaction. The house was very close to beach access, restaurants, and grocery stores. I would recommend this property and would look forward to staying here again. Plenty of room for 5 adult couples. Pool table and Hot tub were a plus. All bedrooms had ensuites, and the elevator made moving luggage and groceries easy. Not to mention it even has an Elevator which made moving things up and down the stairs to the kitchen alot easier. The location was also convenient and close to good spots around town. The beach was a block away, and can even see it from the roof deck of the property which I've had lots of coffee breaks and drinks with friends. Communications with the property owner was also a breeze when it came to resolving issues around the house. The beach is right across the street, we enjoyed many sunrises on the beach. The grandkids especially loved the private pool after a day at the ocean. The house has an elevator which made it a lot easier to bring in the luggage and groceries to the third floor kitchen. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool table, and the kids loved the media room as well. Property management were quick to respond to a few minor maintenance needs.
